The furniture is old

The property is located opposite to the Dubai mall so its very easy to access Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Metro station etc. We visited the Dubai mall twice on foot. There were good restaurants near by to satisfy our taste buds. The hotel has a large and a very neat pool that we thoroughly enjoyed with kids. There is a super mart just behind the building in case you need to buy any groceries or day to day stuff.

I forgot to include breakfast in my package at the time of booking. Later I added it after arriving at reception but it was expensive. Other than that everything was great.

The residence was very nice, especially the location near Dubai Mall and in Downtown reached in 5 min walk. The apartment was spacious with everything you need for your stay. The staff are helping and immediately supporting for any request.

When reaching the location, it was difficult the reach the reception as there were several buildings without clear indication on the reception.

kitchen has limited cooking appliances, very limited choices of TV channels in English, especially no kids channels in English.

Location, value for money, however the apartment has been renovated , there were minor things that could be improved but did not had any impact on our stay, for e.g. there was no exhaust fans in the bathrooms , and one bathroom did not had any window so exhaust fan was must .

The staff were so attentive and helpful .nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentyfull and delicious. .Bed extremely comfortable. We had a garden/pool view room which is extremely quite . If you are facing the city side views of Burj Kalifa are amazing but is very busy and noisy from road noise.

The only thing that I didn't like was the kitchen cooking facilities oven very temperamental 3 pans and limited utensils. Would be nice if the television had subtitles in English or more English channels. These are little things as I was asked the question. Kitchen does have a microwave,kettle and toaster we certainly didn't starve.

The room we stayed in was spacious, well-laid-out, and comfortable. My elderly parents particularly appreciated the comforting atmosphere. The bed was also very comfortable. The location was incredibly convenient, with Dubai Mall just a short walk away. One feature I really loved was the buggy service, which allowed us to request a pick-up and drop-off anywhere within the premises. This was especially helpful for my parents. Additionally, the breakfast was great, offering a variety of delicious options. Thank you!

The room's acoustic properties weren't ideal. You could hear the sound of water flowing through the pipes in the walls. While this wasn't a major issue and wouldn't prevent me from returning, it was one minor downside. To clarify, I didn't hear the neighbors—just the water running through the pipes. Additionally, our room was on the side of the Burj Khalifa, as we had requested, but it also faced the main highway, so there was some traffic noise. Personally, it wasn't too disruptive, but it was noticeable. As for the breakfast, while the variety was great, the quality of the juice selection could be improved.

The apartment is welcoming. The breakfast was good. Big variety.

The building is older style. The breakfast is in the hotel, The residences are located a bit further away.
