I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kempinski Central Avenue in Dubai, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable and the atmosphere exuded luxury and comfort. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Downtown Dubai, with direct access to Dubai Mall and stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and well-appointed with everything needed for a truly relaxing stay. What truly made this experience unforgettable, however, was the outstanding hospitality from the staff. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mayar, Marina, and Ayman, whose warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel incredibly welcome. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure every moment of my stay was perfect, and their personal touches added a sense of genuine care that is rare to find. This was my first visit to Kempinski Hotel, and I must say, the service exceeded all expectations. Ms. Mayar and Ms. Madona were absolutely amazing—attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful in every way. My flight was pathetic and the whole family was tired but as soon we reached Relly made sure everything was in order. The room was ready and she did everything we could ask for. Wonderful to see such a welcoming front desk. It sets up the stay nicely and she's the main reason we keep on coming back as we know we would be well taken care of. Keep up the great work relly

Wifi could be faster

The hotel had wonderful staff with the exception of one incident that I was promised it would be investigated. The location is great directly connected to Dubai mall. The room was spacious with comfortable bed and pillows.

1. On tenth floor car horns could be heard in the room. 2. Room was located next to lift area and we could hear people speaking/voices.

I had a wonderful stay at this kempinski during my recent business trip. The location was perfect, just downstairs with access to Dubai Mall from the lobby, which was super convenient. I’d like to give a special mention to the Egyptian lady at the club lounge —unfortunately, I forgot her name, but her warm hospitality truly stood out. She welcomed us with dates and water to break our fasting, a thoughtful and traditional gesture that made us feel at home. Her service was exceptional and genuinely appreciated. The hotel was also accomodating with my request for a late check out, which made a big difference in my travel schedule. Lastly, a big thank you to Maria for her outstanding support throughout my stay. She followed up to make sure everything was smooth and ensured we were well taken care of even after check-in. Also, thanks for the dark chocolate before the checkout. Overall, the service was excellent, the staff was attentive, and the experience was seamless. I would definitely recommend Kempinski Dubai for both business and leisure stays.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting! The service was exceptional from start to finish. The kids club staff were fantastic – my daughter absolutely loved her time there and looked forward to going every day! I had a previous bad experience at this hotel, but when Maria (The lady in red) came to know about it, she promised me that next time it would be better. And she really kept her word! On my last booking, everything was absolutely gorgeous. With Maria, it’s always easy to approach her and ask for anything. The way she deals with guests makes me feel that even if I find better prices in other places, I will always come back here because of her. Unfortunately not all the staff have the same level of professionalism and the hotel really needs more loyal, dedicated people like Maria.

‏The room AC was not cold enough, which is unacceptable in Dubai’s summer. Also, reception needs improvement. I requested a two-hour late checkout (part of my booking benefits) and while Maria arranged it for me, one of the reception staff refused until he saw the request in the system. It showed he simply didn’t want to help, unlike Maria, who always ensures guests leave happy. Specially that the hotel was not crowded and not in high season. The hotel really needs more people like her.
