I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kempinski Central Avenue in Dubai, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable and the atmosphere exuded luxury and comfort. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Downtown Dubai, with direct access to Dubai Mall and stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and well-appointed with everything needed for a truly relaxing stay. What truly made this experience unforgettable, however, was the outstanding hospitality from the staff. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mayar, Marina, and Ayman, whose warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel incredibly welcome. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure every moment of my stay was perfect, and their personal touches added a sense of genuine care that is rare to find. This was my first visit to Kempinski Hotel, and I must say, the service exceeded all expectations. Ms. Mayar and Ms. Madona were absolutely amazing—attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful in every way. My flight was pathetic and the whole family was tired but as soon we reached Relly made sure everything was in order. The room was ready and she did everything we could ask for. Wonderful to see such a welcoming front desk. It sets up the stay nicely and she's the main reason we keep on coming back as we know we would be well taken care of. Keep up the great work relly

The hotel had wonderful staff with the exception of one incident that I was promised it would be investigated. The location is great directly connected to Dubai mall. The room was spacious with comfortable bed and pillows.

1. On tenth floor car horns could be heard in the room. 2. Room was located next to lift area and we could hear people speaking/voices.

I had a wonderful stay at this kempinski during my recent business trip. The location was perfect, just downstairs with access to Dubai Mall from the lobby, which was super convenient. I’d like to give a special mention to the Egyptian lady at the club lounge —unfortunately, I forgot her name, but her warm hospitality truly stood out. She welcomed us with dates and water to break our fasting, a thoughtful and traditional gesture that made us feel at home. Her service was exceptional and genuinely appreciated. The hotel was also accomodating with my request for a late check out, which made a big difference in my travel schedule. Lastly, a big thank you to Maria for her outstanding support throughout my stay. She followed up to make sure everything was smooth and ensured we were well taken care of even after check-in. Also, thanks for the dark chocolate before the checkout. Overall, the service was excellent, the staff was attentive, and the experience was seamless. I would definitely recommend Kempinski Dubai for both business and leisure stays.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting! The service was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Mayar, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Also, shoutout to Jessa, Nada, Maria, and Marina for their warm hospitality and professionalism. The kids club staff were fantastic – my daughter absolutely loved her time there and looked forward to going every day! And a big thank you to Tania, our room attendant, for keeping our room spotless and always greeting us with a smile. Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely experience!

The location, the vibes and atmosphere, the service and some of the staff were very helpful.

As soon as we arrived to the Hotel, extremely tired we have asked the lady at checkin for a possible early checkin, and our request wasn’t accommodated at all. Until my husband, 2 hours later came to someone else an Egyptian Guy at the front desk, who immediately responded to his inquiry and facilitated the first possible room as we were really tired from our long trip. There was construction happening in the streets near by and it was very noisy during early and late times.

Love the location more and the staff are really friendly, helpful and very professional. Ayman and a couple of other receptionists were absolutely great. Housekeeping and concierge teams were also extremely professional and helpful.

Rooms are a bit too small and not quite worth the price especially during peak season. But I absolutely hated the breakfast staff, my experience of their service was extremely poor at best. I’ve stayed at this property 8 times over the past 6 months and after my distasteful experience with them on my 1st stay, I elected to never eat breakfast at this hotel ever again and I’ve been happier for it.
