Exceptional service and staff were very welcoming. Room was very clean and fully equipped with all what you need. My favorite part was the view which was best view of dubai downtown and burj khalifa. Ask for Mr. Tarek and he will not let you down if you need anything during your stay

I was very early and this wasn't a problem tarek came to meet me then checked me into a room just so I could shower and sleep until my room was ready When my room was ready Abdallah sorted out everything from then on anything I needed I would just text him and it was done ASAP I would recommend this hotel room to anyone who wants to be in downtown attached to the mall with a lovely view of the Burj khalifa The room was large with a very comfortable bed

We could hear the traffic noise from the 37th floor, the balcony door needs sound proofing

Early check in request was promptly accepted. There was a personal & timely follow up by Mr Abdullah to ensure check in was smooth. Overall a very well & professional experience.

The location of the property is truly exceptional. It offers a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa, and you don’t even have to step outside to access Dubai Mall—it’s less than a 5-minute walk away. The property was spotless, with the cleaning staff ensuring it was impeccably maintained every day. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and supportive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests, making the experience seamless from start to finish.
