We really liked the accessibility of the dubai mall to the hotel and all the services and the staff were hospitabl and helpful. Additionally, we enjoyed the amazing views from the apartment.

We were surprised and a bit disappointed that housekeeping service wasn't complementary,which is normally a given in touristic establishments.

We had an incredible stay at Ultima Vacation Homes! From the moment we arrived, the communication was seamless, making check-in and everything else a breeze. The apartment was absolutely top-notch—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was just perfect, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Condo iteslf was nice, minus communication issues with managing company. Great location, amazing view from the balcony. It was comfortable and nice apartament.

We were told that it is OK to leave bags in the apartament, that they will be stored. only to find them sitting outsite condo in the hallway even though we kep updating pick up time. Thank god nothing was stollen! Wifi di nnot work for half of the trip. Slow communication on fixing the issue. Also cleaners tried to blame us for broken lamp, thank god I noticed it upn arrival and took pictures. So make sure take pictures if you see anything broken!

Excellent location, very comfortable apartment with all the staff that a family may need. We loved it. Exceptional view we had from our room, the view was so stunning that it was enough for me to sit on the balcony and just enjoy it! The view is amazing 💜 Our reservation agents and generally the staff were very helpful. We thank them so much for their assistance. The direct access to mall is so convincing especially when it is 50C outside.

Good location with a convenient connection to Dubai Mall. Spacious apartment with good furniture and nice balcony. Excellent electric appliances in good condition and clean bathrooms. Air conditioner is quiet and works really well.

My wife didn't like the bed. It was ok for me. The windows were not sufficiently sound proof, so I was waking up almost every night during the morning prayer call. And the door to the bathroom opens into the bedroom.
