Hotel is in a nearby proximity to Burj Khalifa, train station and museum of the future. I only stayed for one night and got upgraded to a higher floor with view to downtown.

Windows were very dirty which made it I possible to take a decent photo. Pool was very busy till about 1pm. All sun lounges were occupied. Got better in the afternoon.

Had a nice time during my stay! The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. Really enjoyed the breakfast spread too. Everything was clean and well-maintained.

Great location of the hotel, everything is within walking distance. Very polite staff! They brought us water every day, even if we did not drink it. There was a various breakfast and a wonderful swimming pool on the 4th floor of the hotel. In the room there are: slippers, bathrobe, safe, tea, coffee, sugar, kettle, fridge, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, soap, cotton swabs and disks, ironing board and iron.

There are huge queues for breakfast after 8:30 am and it is impossible to call the elevator. We had to use the stairs quite often (we lived on the 18th floor) The sockets in the hotel are like everywhere in the UAE - type G, you need to have adapters. The hotel has a swimming pool, however we were unable to get there because of the huge number of people who wanted to, free sun loungers were quickly taken. The room really missed a toilet brush.

The hotel was amazing, we got our room at the 57th floor which had an amazing view. I wish we had stayed more, every morning we woke up to this view and I am still thinking about that (photos speak for themselves). Room was clean, breakfast was very good, they have two floors and I suggest the one on the lower floor which was nicer and less crowded in the morning. Maria at the front desk was also very helpful and also made sure we had our breakfast on the last day (we left in the night) by having some breakfast packed for us. Thank you so much. Osman at the door was also super helpful. He made us feel like royalties. I would also like to thank our room guy, he cleaned our room and made it spotless and was always very nice to us when we met him. Unfortunately I forgot his name and I didn’t have the chance to meet him the last day, I would like to point out that his work was amazing. We stayed at a different property the previous 5 days which was at the Palm (to compare the two locations) and I would definitely choose Rotana for the location, much easier to get everywhere and you can’t compete with the view. Thank you for the amazing stay. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time in Dubai

Amazing property as the building, used to be one of the tallest hotel, impressive and luxurious. All facilities and cleaning was super.

The most amazing is the personal touch, from the reception Dani who welcomed us to the house keeping team, they were all so helpful with greatest energy to assist, help and guide. Provide so much information, and we were so in touch with the team member, the building, property, facility is hardware. But the soft power from the whole team is tremendous. All the smile, all the greetings, all the gestures, make you feel home and welcomed. Highly highly recommended.

Great location close to Metro. Some taxis always available outside. Convenience store and a few restaurants walkable distance. One stop away on Metro from the Dubai Mall. Room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast is awful although somehow they have many choices but they are not to our taste. For instance we don’t eat daal and rice in breakfast but the options in continental are very measured. In short I’d rather eat out than have breakfast included as it’s not worth it. Taste is also very bland. I also hated the lifts. These are very very slow and although I ignored other reviews telling me this I thought well how big a deal is a lift. Turns out if you are standing in front of them for 10 to 15 min it becomes a Very Big Deal. Then it goes even more slow because many people join from different floors. Do not take top floors if you don’t like waiting.

The hotel offers all the necessary facilities. Our room was very spacious and included a convenient kitchenette corner. The bathroom had a bathtub and provided hygienic kits. One of the highlights was the breakfast – a great selection of hot dishes, yogurts, fresh and dried fruits, natural honey, and nuts. The pastries were also delicious. The pool area was pleasant and well-maintained. The reception staff and bellboys were extremely helpful and hospitable – thank you to them for the warm welcome! The make-up of the room was done daily by the housekeeping. I’d also like to highlight the perfect location – just a few steps from the Financial Center Metro Station. There were several restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets right around the corner. Overall: 10 out of 10.

Rose Rayhaan is the fifth tallest hotel building in the world and after staying there, you can surely vouch the highest quality standards that it maintains as well POSITIVES (+) I got in touch with Mr. Deniz Ozgun (Guest Relations) before reaching the place, who assured me of the best service and experience even before my arrival. Upon arrival, he went out of the way to ensure my stay was supremely awesome :) Special room, Burj Khalifa view, anniversary cake and a customized room decor was arranged to make us go over the moon. We both are extremely grateful to him and wish him all the best for future success (+) The location of Rose Rayhaan is one of the best things about it. Located in the heart of Dubai which is the Financial center, it offers proximity to many city landmarks like Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Mall of Emirates, Museum of Future etc. Finance center metro station is a 3 mins walk (+) Internally the place is very well maintained with modern furnishings, ample room space, cleanliness & exquisite decor to match a varied range of guests. (+) We stayed at the 43rd floor which was quite & peaceful, with only 10 rooms on the same floor (+) One of the most unique things about the place is its FREE valet service. Given the high traffic flow and guests rush, you can drop off your vehicle 24x7 at the hotel entrance and it will be taken to the hotel parking (+) Service levels are really good, with room service & reception being quite attentive & on-spot with their responses (+) The hotel offers four different types of restaurants, bars and coffee shops, each specializing in its own areas e.g., Italian, Intercontinental cuisines etc. (+) The pool bar is located on the forth floor, crossing the bridge at the back.

NEGATIVES - Not many to list honestly (-) The lobby is a bit tight given the plot size of the building. It becomes claustrophobic when too many people are present at the same time there (-) Lifts aren't fast enough and take a long time to reach your floor Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED place for business or pleasure (with and without family) 9 / 10

We had an extraordinary experience at this hotel in Dubai! The room was impeccably clean, and the services provided were top-notch. The food was delicious and extremely diverse, catering to all tastes. The staff was always friendly and smiling, which added a warm and professional touch to our stay. The view from our floor was absolutely spectacular – an unforgettable sight! The pool was very clean and well-maintained. However, one aspect that could be improved is that only two high chairs for children were available in the restaurant, which was a challenge for families. Also, the rooms were missing cutlery and plates, which would have been useful. Nevertheless, the overall experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel! We will definitely return!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana, and I must say, it was truly unforgettable! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The room was clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed/mattress was comfortable, and the bathroom was good. Each and every staff member was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The breakfast and dinner buffet were incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend Rose Rayhaan by Rotana to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give it ten stars if I could!
