Very near to the airport..cozy hotel

Aloft check in counter... staff has to stand always as no sitting options for them ... They are so kind and nice ... consider staff wellbeing and ergonomic risks

Location is great! 7 mins from/to airrpot and the fact that they share a shuttle bus (although we didn't use it for the connection times) with the Aloft hotel next to is a great free addition. Breakfast is simple but good. The bed was amazing

Shower was average with no shampoo, only basic toiletries (or maybe the staff forgot to set it up properly for us on the day, not sure). They should have a reception instead of sharing with the Aloft next to, this makes it confusing, otherwise just change your address to entry and use the same as the Aloft so that guests don't wonder. There is no front door person at all, which makes it look creepy, specially if you arrive late night as we did, it was empty and no show of anyone there at the front entry

Everything was good , staff were very nice and helpful and fast responding room size was perfect and facility in the room from kitchen equipments and other facility was very good . location is very good too in the middle you reach anywhere so easy.

food breakfast need more options really it is very limited which didn't match our taste , i have noticed that the hotel is more famous and known for many nationalities but breakfast wasn't match the guests different taste . we booked breakfast and dinner , dinner wasn't buffet and we had to choose from 2 options only which we didn't wanted to have any of , so dinner wasn't good at all limited options and taste i don't suggest anyone to book the room with dinner at all.

Brilliant, extensive, Breakfast including Open Cooking. Indoor and Outdoor Seating. Awesome Multilingual Staff, couldn't do enough for us and were fun to talk to.

The Ground floor Restaurant was freezing, the aircon was "aggressive", so we went up to the roof only to find a different menu and very low tables which were not really for eating. Staff were really friendly and helpful, but couldn't do much in the circumstances, except to offer our choices from the Ground Floor Restaurant Menu. Wasn't that a nice "solution"?

There's always one person in a hotel who separates himself from the rest. Superattentive! The room size was absolutely superb which is very common for Dubai. Shuttle provides additional flexibility for everybody inside. The best ever hotel I stayed in: with separate kitchen, oven, chef kit, even washing machine for people to know how to take care of themselves. The last feature which projects another stay is the separated buffet hall for each of 2 hotels where you may find the greatest variety of breakfast. Everything is spacious, internet coverage is great, may get connected in any area outside the room.

Personnel promised early breakfast for leave, the administrator seemed visibly bothered to find and bring just a bag of croissants, apple and water upon request.

The staff were excellent, the room had everything you could wish for, the bed was so comfortable. I was made a delicious omelette for breakfast! I had a lovely early morning swim in the rooftop pool.

The only negative thing is not really a reflection on the hotel but rather a taxi woman who was so aggressive to me because she only had to drive 7 mins to the hotel from the airport. She was so rude and angry but I explained although the hotel was near the airport I could not have walked that distance from Terminal 3 (it was 1am and the shuttle service provided by the hotel stops operating at 23:30)

I liked everything. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was very good. I was staying in a twin studio and it had a microwave, a cooker, kettle and a capsule coffee machine. Everything was really good and I am definitely going to stay in Element next time I am in Dubai

The only issue was the shuttle bus schedule. They don't run often enough. There was one at 9.05am and then only at 11, so I had to leave earlier than planned. But that's not really an issue. The airport is just around the corner and it is possible to walk there or get a taxi

Check in was smooth and easy. The staff were super friendly, especially Shara and Caitlin. The beds were soooo comfty. Oh my gosh. Super soft pillows and cosy duvets. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, iron available, 1.5 bathroom and the bedroom was huge.The room and overall hotel was clean. There were lots of leisure options. Pool table, coffee machine, gym, pool, and lounge area. It's less than 10mins drive from the airport and they offer a shuttle to and from the airport too. There are supermarkets and local cafeteria within walking distance. They also have a convenience store within the facility. It's excellent value for money and is a great place to stay if you happen to have a long layover in Dubai. Would be cheaper than a lounge as well if you book early enough.

The shower pressure could've been better althoughit wasnt bad.

Modern and clean with comfortable beds and bed linen. Spacious bathroom with toiletries, vanity kit and bathrobe. Friendly and helpful staff and close to the airport. We arrived past midnight and took a taxi from the airport (AED 35). The next morning we used the free hourly shuttle service that the hotel offers to get back to the airport. The breakfast was great, except for the coffee.

The only downside for us was that we had booked a twin room with a sofa bed since there were three of us, but there was no bedding for the sofa bed. We only had six hours in the hotel, so didn’t want to wait for the extra bedding, but I’m sure it would have been taken care of if we’d asked.

Great sized room with kitchenette and sofa area. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very good sound proofing - it was very quiet. The restaurant at the connected Aloft Hotel served good meals at reasonable prices. Shuttle bus service to the import was great.

I didn’t realise I had booked an ambulatory bathroom. The water from the shower did extend beyond the shower area towards the toilet. As the room faced the sun, it was pretty warm in there despite the aircon which I tried to turn down without great success.
