Stayed there before when it was owned by another company. The bedrooms are big and clean. The rooms are very light when before everything was dark brown.

They had drained and shut the pool. We only got told as we were booking in. Obviously this had been pre planned. I had been telling my wife what a nice pool they had. We wanted a hotel with a pool so we could relax after travelling round Thailand for over two weeks. If they had told me that the pool would not be opened I would have cancelled my booking. I’m sure this why they did not advertise as lot of people would have cancelled or not booked and booked a hotel with a pool open.

Dear Management I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for Lamual's exceptional service. After searching for my lost precious item for three days, Lamual and the security team located it within 30 minutes of me approaching them. His dedication and efficiency were impressive. What truly stood out, however, was his willingness to go above and beyond. On check-out day, when the lobby staff was busy, Lamual selflessly assisted me with my luggage, despite it not being part of his responsibilities. I firmly believe Lamual deserves recognition as Employee of the Month. His actions demonstrate the kind of service that sets your establishment apart. I hope you continue to reward and recognize such exemplary behavior, encouraging others to follow his lead.

I hope all your staff will try to look more when a guest have a lost item in future

We used Dubai as a 2 night stop over on our way to prague, so we chose Movenpick Grand Al bustan which is very close to the airport as our flight was at 0600am.taxi was 13 Durham however traffic can get very heavy which will take you so much longer. The hotel supplies a free shuttle to city mall and to the festival mall but not to the airport. Staff at the hotel were fabulous along with the food.We had a Thai the first night, so good and big serves and the buffet the second night, which had heaps of selections and all very tasty. Bed, king size, and very comfortable, the room was also quiet. We will definitely stay there again.

This is the third Movenpick I've stayed in and Istanbul is still my favorite! I would give breakfast 9 out of 10. Variety was far above average, however still would have appreciated more plant based options. We vegans love good cuisine as well! :-) The staff overall was very pleasant, cleaning lady was exceptional. The location is perfect, not far from key spots like Dubai Mall and only 10 minutes from the airport.

More thought should have gone into the design of the shower. It's not practical at all. Water pours out something terrible while bathing, flooding the floor.

The lobby was exceptional well presented, and the hotel was generally clean in all areas. The service was very good and the staff were very attentive to our needs.

The showe cubicle leaked water into the main bathroom area when using the shower. We had to use towels to stem the flow of water spreading out onto the general floor area. Also, the bedroom windows needed cleaning externally as we could not properly see the views outside. There was evidence of dust and fluff in the bedroom in some areas, especially behind the headboard and in the corners of the room.

1. Due to the smoking smell in the room, I was told by receptionist that someone will spray refreshments but unfortunately no one did id despite I reminded them but no action 2. I asked Receptionist Mrs, Elle for 2 hours late check out but unfortunately she said only 45 minutes. Then I asked her to connect me to her line manager and her and was “I’m manager”. I kept quiet and I asked again Mr. Aman (at the reception). He very professionally welcomed me and accepted my request as for late check out until 14:00 hours. So, how Elle as manager couldn’t help the customer? It really bothered me

Very close to the airport and the Festival City too.Very nice hotel ,our room was spacious, clean and quiet.The lady at the receptiion was very polite-she offered us an upgrate free of charge.I recomment the Asian restaurant in the hotel,for the food , the ambience and the staff was polite as well.Breackfast was rich with many choices and served in a nice area .An excellent choice if you want to be near the airport.

The bed was not very comfortable for me(too soft ) but this is also a personal preference.The surroundings of the hotel are nothing special , so i recomment this hotel if you want to stay very close to the airport as it was just a 5' drive from it.

Excellent hotel with a great location near Dubai Airport, yet very quiet and relaxing. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

The only downside of my stay was the luggage handling system. Upon arrival, I had to fetch a trolley myself and load my luggage, as no one was immediately available to assist. It was only after I started moving that someone appeared to help. Additionally, after check-in, my luggage was not brought to my room promptly, and I had to call the reception to remind them. This aspect could be improved for a smoother guest experience.

my great compliment to the staff, SO friendly, attentive but never Intrusiv. the herriatage was overwhelming, I felt welcomed with every step I took. The room was quite big with 43m2, everything was absolutely clean and everything in place, roomservice at 2.00 am immideatly there. the interieur was stylish, modern and realy nice options to illuminate the room. I could only check 3 restaurants during my stay: variety, quality, arrangement...perfect...I did not found any conveniance produkts on my plates. Same for the breakfirst. In addition to European standards for a breakfast buffet, you will find everything to put a smile on the faces of the local, Indian and Japanese guests. The price-performance ratio in this hotel is excellent. The hotel deserves to make it into my list of excellent business hotels.

the room was perfect brand new all the amenities are new the hotel is under renovation; some parts are finishes others are still the elevators are old needs to be wider and new, the reception desk area and restaurant and swimming pool amenities needs to be renovated also.

1- elevators are so old. 2- swimming pool amenities are old (toilet, sauna, steam, showers, locker room, etc.) 3- reception desk & Entrance & Restaurants are old & needs to be renovated. 4- rooms looking to the patio needs to be renovated.
