The hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. We especially loved the detox drinks first thing in the morning. Melriya and Mahesh was very attentive to our needs at breakfast. The layout of the hotel and the renovated rooms were much better. Although having a bath would be a bonus. The rooms were cosy and clean. Tea and coffee machine which made great coffee. Amazing bed. We all had the best sleep ever! Being on the first floor was ideal as it's by the fitness and spa area. The gym was big and well equipped. We even got to play squash and tennis. The staff were all so great.Rubie at reception was very friendly and accomodated any requests. The kids would look forward to the chocolate hour. There is valet parking, a hair salon,a perfume shop and a little market in the lobby which is convenient. Nice restaurants which we didn't get time to try. There are a few hypermarkets walking distance too. Also, My daughter lost her teddy in the hotel and looked everywhere for it, thanks to Sandeep, a worker who found it :) The location was great we were about 15/20mins from our places of interest. And minutes away from Dubai airport but had no issues with noise. Will definitely come again as it suited our whole family. From toddlers to teens and granny.

Stayed there before when it was owned by another company. The bedrooms are big and clean. The rooms are very light when before everything was dark brown.

They had drained and shut the pool. We only got told as we were booking in. Obviously this had been pre planned. I had been telling my wife what a nice pool they had. We wanted a hotel with a pool so we could relax after travelling round Thailand for over two weeks. If they had told me that the pool would not be opened I would have cancelled my booking. I’m sure this why they did not advertise as lot of people would have cancelled or not booked and booked a hotel with a pool open.

The location is perfect if you need to be close to Dubai International Airport, just a few minutes away, which made my arrival and departure stress-free. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the work area and complimentary tea and coffee setup. The bathroom was functional, though I felt it could use a bit of a refresh compared to the rest of the room. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. There was a wide selection of international dishes, fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order options. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and always greeted me with a smile, which made mornings extra pleasant. I also enjoyed the hotel’s amenities: the pool area was relaxing, and the gym had a decent selection of equipment. I didn’t get a chance to try all the restaurants, but the ones I did were excellent in both flavor and service. Overall, the staff were warm and professional throughout my stay, going out of their way to assist whenever I needed something. There were a couple of minor hiccups, like slight delays during check-in and occasional noise from nearby corridors, but nothing that overshadowed the overall experience. I’d definitely consider staying at Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan again, especially for a short trip or layover in Dubai. It offers great value, convenience, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.

Excellent facilities to stay in , Valet parking, Separate Swimming pool for kids and adults with sloping depth and Life Guard with Sauna from 9 am to 11pm, Air Conditioned Kids Play room , Nice spacious rooms , Superb Breakfast buffet with live cooking. Lunch and Dinner with good variety .24 Hour Service. Bishal the porter, Vishnu who checked us in , the valet parking men were always welcoming and smiling. Shoaib , Neha and Rubie were cooperative to store our luggage after check out till our flight at night. Moreover, we were even offered swimming pool after check out to spend our time. Keep it up . Excellent services. Will definitely stay gain.

There were a lot of events happening in the hotel but we were not aware e,g in evening there was a Soccer match on screen display in the garden which I missed. Please make sure to update about the events happening to the guests.

From the moment I arrived, Shimaa ensured everything went smoothly and was always available with a friendly smile and helpful attitude. Her exceptional customer service truly stood out and made a great impression. I highly recommend Residence Inn by Marriott for anyone looking for a comfortable and hospitable stay. I’ll definitely be returning!

The hotel was very close to the Dubai Intel Airport and even close enough to the metro for those brave enough to handle the outside heat. The hotel has a good collection of restaurants on site: a Thai restaurant, a Japanese restaurant, an Arabian restaurant, an American restaurant, a couple of bars and shisha spots. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and hot with the towels being changed daily. The added features of having more electronic switches was really cool!

The access to the airport is self-serve i.e. there is no shuttle from this hotel to the airport even though the airport is literally behind this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan in Dubai. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Every request I had was taken care of quickly and professionally. I’m very thankful for the great service and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Dubai in the future. Highly recommended!

The only thing I was not fully satisfied with was the shower – the water did not drain very quickly, and the floor stayed wet for a while.

However, a booking error occurred and the room was mistakenly reserved for the following month. To make matters more complicated, the payment had already been processed. While I was engaged in a conference, Ms. Monika quickly identified the issue, promptly notified me, and handled everything with remarkable efficiency—cancelling the incorrect reservation and issuing an immediate refund. Her swift action and integrity were truly commendable. The hotel itself was spotless, with a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The food options were diverse and rich in authentic flavor, offering a true culinary delight. Additionally, its proximity to Terminal 1 of the airport, with easy access to the metro, made travel extremely convenient. After searching for my lost precious item for three days, Lamual and the security team located it within 30 minutes of me approaching them. His dedication and efficiency were impressive. On check-out day, when the lobby staff was busy, Lamual selflessly assisted me with my luggage, despite it not being part of his responsibilities.
