-Big, open space at the reception - I love the size of my bed and my room and the soft music playing in the corridor -Attentive staff -Good location if you want to be near Sharjah but still be in Dubai -there's a supermarket just across the hotel -Great value for money

-Non smoking room wasn't available at time of check in -Could hear the people talking/music late at night in the connecting room. -dirty windows (would've been nicer to see the view of the beach and sunset) but I guess it's difficult to maintain since it's a very tall building

If you like calm and cozy place for your stay, this is the right place. The Ambiance in the room is amazing, and if you are lucky to get a room in the 10th or 11th Floor of the building then you are in for an amazing view from the large windows of the room. Enough toiletries are available in the washroom and the beds are cozy and comfy.

The checkout process was lengthy, the receptionist sent some one to check the room before processing our check out docs. I had to wait almost 20 to 25 minutes for this process.

I booked 5 night on booking and I didnt like the room cause it was on the main street and I always like the back view I was so upset so the reception made me upgrade for free for suite and I was so happy the hotel is so nice and the employees are too friendly, I ate at the restaurant for ramadan eftar they made indian and semi-Arabic food and I was happy with the food and I ate alooot and sweets also was prefect, thank you so much and next time I will book for sure again in this hotel

The size of the room, the location, the kindness of the receptionist, great value for those fees.

The underground parking requires a good cleaning, I have never seen such a place before. The oil spill everywhere. It is a parking however it is very badly indicated where we shall park. Sad that it was the first place we have see, because the hotel is nice itself and offer a spacious rooms and the room is pretty well equipped. The temperature in the room was very cold. Extremely cold. And I could not fix it.

The view point from top to bottom was classy, loved the way of design they structured which brings premium atmosphere likewise the ambience similar to the palace. Nothing more to describe for something best, as it's there to be experience by a superb comfy stay and joy the vibe of refreshing minds by the lavender. Simply Wow!!

This is the 2nd time we booked lavender..stay was good. But this time the price was quiet expensive and washroom heater was not working

Staff is very friendly Hotel cleaning services are very good. Facilities like Gym and Swimming pool are also very good. Location too is very good and nearby all food, grocery and other outslets. Car Parking facility is also very well organised.

The place is quiet and comfortable, its location is excellent in terms of reaching the required places quickly, the behavior of the staff is very excellent, and the hotel services are excellent

Sometimes there is an unpleasant smell in the sheets that need more sterilization, such as dust, like the smell of other people who used the same sheets without sterilization. Also, some small lighting next to the bed needs to be checked and changed.

Breakfast was very good. The hotel location, I was not too happy, a bit remote. Transport was limited, I had to use Taxis everytime. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Excellent staff. The hotel room was also excellent, very clean.

The Hotel Sauna was closed during my stay. Transport was limited, to and from the hotel, I had to use Taxis all the time.

I like the hospitality, price, cleanliness and the reception staff the small cute guy is very nice. He even upgraded my room as no double bed available. Also he allowed me for late checked out although did not used it.

There should be a coffee at the room. There is only tea bags available but no coffee, but i called the reception and brought for me
