I like the kitchen, chairs and working tables are good. If you are from a different region, you need to carry adapter for plugging your devices (the available plug is the type G plug (UK plug type). I think it is the same in all places I stayed in UAE. The location is good and can access train and bus with few minutes walking. There are several restaurants (with varies traditional cousins) and marts in close proximity. Hotel amenities are fairly available.

The bed is not best for those with a back ache, but not bad. The TV is not smart (you cannot view internet channels) but has multiple channels mostly Arabic.

The room set up and the whole staff was amazing!!!!

Everything was great except for the shower set up for the 1br apartments. It was too high to climb, especially for individuals with disability. Also, since the shower doesn't have a curtain or glass covering, the water would go all over the floor when you are done with the shower.

Location was good. Supermarket and restaurant are all very close by and very convenient

Stayed there for 8 nights with family but was provided with only 2 small bottles of water which was very disappointing.

One issue I find which is not believable to have in this hotel Water is accountable after first day as well other hotels are providing daily water if it’s shortage

We stayed here for a few hours just whilst waiting for our flight. Impressed by the really helpful staff, helped above and beyond with luggage and booking taxi on our way out. The apartment itself was well equipped and very comfortable. Toilets really clean.

The room had a bit of a cigarette smell, so perhaps there should be an option for non-smoking rooms.

I liked that this place was close to the Dubai airport and that across the way, walking distance, there are many restaurants, stores, and a pharmacy.

We did purchase breakfast for the 3 days that we were there but wish it was better. It would have been nice to have a different options for the days we were there.
