I usually book the Grand Asiana Hotel when I come to Dubai, but this time I decided to try the other one — Asiana Hotel — which is located near the newly renovated Grand. Both are excellent options for your stay, conveniently close to metro, services and shops. Personally, for now, I prefer the "original" Asiana Hotel for its restaurants and the warm tones of the rooms. During this stay, we had a small issue with the shower. After reporting it to the staff, they quickly resolved it and even upgraded us to a spacious Executive Suite — very nice and comfortable. The staff is amazing — always ready to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Special thanks to Cozy — she was fantastic and very helpful. You can truly feel that the team is dedicated to making your stay great.

The only downside is the limited pool hours. Especially during summer, it would be great to enjoy the pool during the cooler parts of the day — maybe while sipping an aperitif. Extending the opening hours would definitely enhance the experience. (personal preference)

The property is well located within few minutes walk to reef mall and salah h din metro station. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice, very spacious. However , it is less suitable for Muslims as there are 2 restaurants and only one is halal but they do serve pork dishes in this as well. However the waiter there confirm that they use separate cuisines and dishes. The other restaurant is totally forbidden for Muslims.

The girl receptionist made me wait more than 2 hours before gettting a room. No flexible early check in. Also, they don’t inform you that the mini bar stuff are paid.

Asiana Hotel is a fantastic value for those looking to stay in Deira, offering a great blend of comfort and affordability. I’ve stayed at Asiana Hotel several times, and it never disappoints. The rooms are always clean and well-maintained, and on my most recent visit, I stayed in the Executive Suite, which was nice and spacious—a real treat. The hotel offers a variety of excellent dining options right on-site, including authentic Filipino cuisine, so you’re just steps away from enjoying delicious, flavorful dishes. The comedy bar is another standout feature, adding a lively and entertaining vibe to the evenings, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is ideal, especially during the Winter Night Market season, where you’re close to vibrant market stalls, seasonal activities, and festivities. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

One downside of the hotel is that, despite its 5-star rating, it doesn’t offer valet services, although there is free basement parking available. Navigating and parking in the basement can be challenging, as the passageways are quite narrow and tight, making it tricky for larger vehicles.

room and hotel location is really amazing it's very near to the metro station if you would like something easy to transport. the hotel staff are very friendly, and the Arab Lady are so nice and professional.

at check out they charge me for the Soda and chips that should be a complementary, i don't like that coz the last time they didn't charge for it. so they should already mention at check-in that those are not complementary and they will charge for it!

The breakfast by far is the best breakfast buffet we had in a hotel. Its not that extravagant yes but all in the menu is very delicious and healthy. We really enjoyed it and its very filling. One of the reason why we will be back for sure.

The front desk needs to smile a little bit. I know that they are kind and busy but they need to show somehow a smile so the customers dont hesitate to ask them for something

Room upgraded to large deluxe room, excellent location - 5 min walk to Metro, Reef Mall & many eateries. Courteous staff, helpful concierge and good breakfast spread. The pool, gym and sauna were a good add on. Excellent room cleaning by Sushma.

No loyalty program / front desk ignorant about their own facilities on loyalty. Food, room service & breakfast on the expensive side. Mini bar could have been stocked & not empty. Security deposit while checking in?!

I stayed for 4 nights, all the staff are very receptive. At the counter Bhaskar and Pratik were excellent. House keeping very good. Ask for anything, they are so happy to serve.

I didn't like the deposit policy of the hotel, for the last 7 years of my traveling I didn't experience such kind of policy but overall despite this, everything was good.

I stay in Asiana Hotel repeatedly. The price for a 5-star hotel is very low and the facility is simply great. The hotel has a spirit, an atmosphere. Rooms and common areas are very clean, staff is helpful, you can order food from outside or dine in very good Korean/ Japanese/ Filipino restaurant (I love the named cuisines and the restaurants are great, with unexpected ingredients). Very important for me - the hotel rooms are quiet (well, you can hear muffled sounds of the city (becase - unlike in many other hotels, it is possible to open the window (another plus for me)), but not children screaming next door which is great). The hotel is about 15 mins far from the airport by taxi and it is located near 2 shopping malls but also local residential area - when walking around, you can get an idea how local people live and shop for many interesting things which are not necesarily designer/brand overpriced.

There are few funny things which are there by design in the room: there is no electric socket next to a bed (at least, I could not find one), so it is not possible to check your phone while it is charging (on the other hand, it helps to get asleep in a healthy manner). There is no central light, but several lights at a desk, at a bed, at a table.
