The room was really great, very spacious, very comfortable. The swimming pool was nice. The breakfast was amazing, and the restaurant staff were very nice and friendly, and always gave a nice warm welcome every day. Very central location in Deira, great for going shopping.

Everything was very nice, beautiful hotel. The only minor issue was the coffee shop in the hotel lobby was very expensive, a slice of cake and a cup of coffee cost more than the actual dinner I had just bought in the restaurant.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is clean, cozy, and very well maintained. The service and attention to detail were excellent. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help — especially Zhanna, Omar, and So, who made my experience even more enjoyable. I’d also like to highlight the room cleaning by Ashik — everything was spotless and perfectly taken care of. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

Overall, it is a good hotel to stay in. Spacious & clean room that has everything you need to stay in. Kind & helpful staff. Delicious Arabs-food restaurant Good breakfast A Supermarket is just outside, a few steps from the entrance. The metro station is just 5-min away. From there you can go everywhere.

Pillows are not comfortable: not hard enough to hold & support the head & the neck. No place in lobby to sit & work with a laptop: desks, sockets, working chairs The desk chair in room should be more comfortable to those who work for hours. & That is it. They are Not a big deal.

Breakfast was very good. Wish had more choices. Rooms were clean and big. little issue with the bathtub. Staffs Serving breakfast were quite friendly, caring and smilling. Staffs like Dibhya and Shetty were remarkably helpful and possess high sense of hospitality. Hats off to them. Will come back again!

Reception staffs need more training. They need to be more patient and professional in handling guest issues and emotions.

Location was brilliant and staff especially Front office Omar and others also they are very helpful and smiling all the time housekeeping staff very professional and security & valet parking they are amazing.

Nothing major except the main switch of room light need to be rectified not possible to switch off the light needs to be closed separately

The bed was very comfortable; I loved the bathtub in the bathroom, the staff was always smiling and was very helpful, the rooftop pool was lit up at night

When using the shower, water leaked onto the floor, leaving it wet for a long time; no view from the rooftop pool, and a small number of sunbeds next to the pool (only 4) but none of these things made my stay bad

We were there because of a layover & the concierge was kind enough to say they would accommodate us with an early checkin. They told us we could go get some lunch & come back & our room would be ready. There were others also waiting for rooms but when we returned, she had given our room to someone else and we ended up waiting again for another hour or two.

The location is next to the metro station; The personel are friendly and willing to help; the room has all kinda equipment/appliances you would need.

The hotel is close to the airport and sometimes you can hear the planes; i changed my room once and the bathroom from the second room occasionally stunk.

I want to take a moment to commend the receptionist (Melanin) for her exceptional service. Her friendly demeanor made us felt at home and she was always available to assist with any questions or requests.
