The location and the price

The staff are horrible and they didn’t give us our ID card after the stay immediately which causes 2 hours of our time to return back again and have them. Please change the staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Seven Seas Hotel in Dubai for one week, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The stay was truly worth every penny! The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options, all complemented by a beautiful open view that made mornings even more special. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I had requested an additional bed for my child, and I was pleasantly surprised when it was provided without any extra charges. Such thoughtful gestures really elevate the guest experience. A special shoutout to Mr. Akhil, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. He was always present in the corridors, checking if we needed anything, and promptly cleaned our room whenever we stepped out. His dedication and friendliness truly made a difference. He’s an asset to the hotel and definitely deserves a raise for his outstanding service! Overall, my stay at Seven Seas Hotel was a memorable one, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. I look forward to staying here again!

I reserved 2 large double bed room whereas at the last moment it got changed with 1 double bed but accommodated with a single extra 🛌 bed. Rest all was ok.

They give me the room not clean I called them 3 times to clean and They didn't deal with the subject

Location to airport was great. Breakfast was amazing.

No shuttle to airport, the room had a small kitchen but absolutely no dishes or cutlery. Washroom was missing toilet paper, and one was missing a hand towel.

My family was back in the UAE after a long time for attending an event and we were very pleased with the hotel and the facilities they offered . Staff were very cordial and helpful. Reception and housekeeping were excellent. Food was also good. We were also able to rent a vehicle through the hotel.

However we did use the massage facility and here, though the masseurs were okay , the irritating part was having a group of men outside the facility ( one man was in his undergarments.)They were just hanging around the area and it was very uncomfortable for me as a customer.

They take 200 AED as security deposit with the check in ,there’s no hotel in the world take it

Breakfast was wonderful, every morning! Freshly made three egg omelett and all the trimmings. Plenty of choice, some items I had never eaten before or had ever considered mixing for breakfast! Plenty of tea, coffee and juices. A great start to a long day adventuring in Dubai. Sat outside most mornnings, very pleasent, thank you for a great stay.

I arrived early in the morning, I had requested by email an early room (6am) but this was not arranged for me, so I had to wait until lunchtime to get into a room. While the day Manager was very apologetic, it did not deter me from being less than happy about, having to hang about the lobby, while waiting for my room to become available!

"Good Hotel, Great Location!" This is an absolutely good hotel. The location is great, with good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are comfortable. We appreciated that they provided the connected rooms we requested, although it took some time to open the connecting door, which was a bit inconvenient when traveling with kids. However, they did manage to open it the next day. Overall, a good hotel.

Could Improve Parking! The car parking area was very messy and didn't look clean, likely because old furniture and staff items were stored there due to renovations. This needs to be addressed as it gives a bad impression , otherwise very good hotel. Overall, a positive stay.
