I like the reception guy. He was so kind and friendly to people. I wish I knew his name .

There was no hot water and the towel was very old

Price and the location were good. We stayed there for 5 nights. They have kept 3 bottles of water,but from the next day, we had to request them to give. They were very friendly. They gave water when we asked for 3 bottles every day 😊. The location is busy because of the shops nearby but walking distance to Baniyas Square Metro station. The room was very good. They have an African restaurant, but I have no idea about it we didn't visit

The bathroom was not clean as per the room standards.

The Reception Staff and housekeeping staff was wonderful, very cooperative and helpful throughout our stay of 3 nights.

The Aftrican restaurant at mezanine floor, due to the restaurant the hotel was overcrowded with people in the lobby, waiting areas especially the elevator was full most of the time for the people going to the restaurant at mezanine floor, other discomfort was the continues loud music played at mezanine floor which can be heard at the top 3rd floor rooms also.

The location of the hotel was ideal for us hence places we needed to go to were easy to reach. The whole staff did a great job to accomodate us. The area was lively. All staff at the reception area were extremely kind. ANOWAR, NORAIDA & ABID had a benevolent approach which made us feel at ease. The house cleaning guys were amazing! Good work!

Everything was okay.

Its convieniently located around the wholesale area and easy access to 24hours restaurants/convenient stores. Even though tucked away between bustling streets but it was easily indentified.

Just the bed for our first 2 nights then we had requested for a room changed for our extended 1 night stay. The new allocated room and bed condition was so much better. We needed privacy, was granted and we were happy with it.

The staff was friendly, attentive to our needs, especially Mrs. Noraida at the reception but also her colleagues. Congratulations to the management for choosing the staff. We can't wait for our next vacation, which we will also do at this hotel.

For real I love or like everything about the hotel but is only the television set which they have to make it smart tv

Is only the smart tv they don’t have that I don’t like but apart from that everything is on point from the workers nd everything how nice they are to u when u are there they are friendly understandable people as well

Everything was on point perfectly as I requested but want them To improve in the television set like the tv they should have smart tv set so we can watch YouTube to enjoy our self

First of All Receptions Mr Tariq and Mrs Noraida both were Great there Hospitality were Great and Hotel Rooms are very nice and Comfortable location is very nice near to Metro and and all necessary things available
