Overall the location is perfect as it is conveniently located/connected to the Al Ghurair Mall where you will find restaurants, food court, etc. nearby. The staff are all accommodating and friendly from the reception down to the lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Highly recommended and definitely coming back.

We have visited the property numerous times and would suggest upgrading some of the furniture and kitchen equipment & utensils. We also faced slow check in, which I believe can be improved.

The rooms were spacious and clean. House keeping staff were very attentive to our needs. They changed towels and came back to us to check if we needed anything. Very few hotels do this.

The shattaf/bidet length was too short. It affected its usability. The balcony floor was a bit dusty.

Great location. Pool is very good. Very clean and spacious apartments.

Check-in took long cuz only one person was available on the counter. Toiletries like dental kit etc were absent although dental kit was provided on request. Weight machine was not working but was replaced immediately.

Great 2 bedroom apartment!! We had amazing 4 days. Stunning big pool great for kids and swimming. Wonderful hotel, perfect location close to union metro station. We slept very good and will definitely come back when we are in Dubai!! Special Thanks to Abdallah for the great room service

This is not a really criticism but a recommendation to include basic kitchen equipment like paper towels, sponge or dishwasher detergent etc. We bought it on our own in the supermarket

Its our 2nd time to Swissotel Appartement we feel in Love more and more. So nice to stay. Appartement is nice and wide space kids enjoyed lots. For a good vacation leave was nice to be there. Location also very good all facilities have. All the staffs were so nice and helpful. The Buffet Breakfast was very good large variety.

This time the room services was poor in cleanliness. In other floor they provide dishwasher soap and themsleves they put the dishes in the dishwasher for washing which is very good as not every1 know how to use a dishwasher so in our floor the room sevice said they don't provide this service we should wash the dishes ourselves. Last time in 2023 it was not like that. Otherwise all was good only this kitchen incident did not appreciate.

The size of the apartment is excellent. The A/C works well. The view is great. The bathroom, bedroom & kitchen areas are great. The facilities at the hotel are excellent.

Kitchen utensils not being washed clean in the dishwasher (suspect detergent not being used). Laundry detergent unavailable from hotel reception. Breakfast staff poorly trained, especially the chef making the eggs (messing all over, eggs poorly splattered on your plate / floor area is unclean around the chef, fire extinguisher left on the floor unsecured e.t.c). Tables left uncleaned, hence cannot obtain a table for breakfast. Reception area understaffed, during busy periods. Personnel at reception have no smiles for the guests (they look glum). You have a great hotel, which is poorly staffed. Please train them in English.

I like that the property is big and offered privacy that we needed for this leisure trip. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment and it had everything we need. I would like to commend Glaiza in the reception area for helping us with the smooth check-in; she was warm and very welcoming and assured me that everything is fine and offered alternative solutions after my card got declined 3x (because my bank system was down). I would also like to thank Prem for coming to check on the small window in the master’s bedroom that I was afraid about since my toddler can reach it; he explained and showed me that the window is for room ventilation and will not open wide for a toddler to fall. And lastly, I would like to thank Hridoy in housekeeping department for being the only one who remembered to bring over the trash bags I requested since our arrival.
