I booked online 2days before, a day before I called your landline number 12x but it's busy all the time..now when we reach on the hotel in the morning your receptionis told us that no vacant room and wait until 2pm. The thing is we travel from RAK to Dubai in early morning and after that your guy told us no vacant room. Bottom line is...if someone picked my call a day before then they can tell is that come around 2pm so that 100% sure you will the room. Please do the needful in your landlines please.

They Charge us for Early check-in for 100aed which this in not mentioned when I booked.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made my visit very enjoyable. I had a pleasant stay at Dorus Hotel in Deira, Dubai. The location is excellent—close to metro stations, shopping centers, and restaurants. The room was clean and air-conditioned, with all the basic amenities I needed. Staff were helpful and polite. Great value for money and perfect for a short, budget-friendly stay

i dnt like the fact that some terms are conditions are not listed when booking online but when i got to the site i feel embarace ,and i have to pay extra money ,please its good to list the requirement so that we can see before booking

The location is in the market, you have Union metro station, Al Ghuair mall, cafes and shopping centre nearby. The room has a good bed, desk for work, nice long mirrors, and Sofas. The hotel has an Indian and Pakistani bar.

They give only 1 little water a day to drink, how sad! The staff is reluctant to provide any information about hotel amenities so you end up not using them, as you don't know about them.
