The staff was very rude. Especially Mr Sheldon who was at reception when we got there and we requested rarly check in he asked for 300UAE I agreed and he said he will let us check in 7.30am as we got to the hotel 5am. At 7.30 he said will check us in at 9.30 and after that he disappeared. But thanks to the woman receptionist who started her shift. I forget her name but she was great and very helpfull and she managed to get us checked in at 12pm she was very helpfull

Mr sheldon the receptionist very rude and lied about our check in. The guy Shakeel from house keeping was so rude felt like to slap him. Too loud music till 3/4 am dont evwn let you sleep. Other then the woman receptionist no one had manners and was very rude Not gona use this hotel ever again

Very need and clean hotel . Staff are also so so nice person .. I recommend to all stay here and enjoy ur trip amazing experience I got it . Very very good location big size of room and good service thank you fortune grand hotel for make my trip happy

It was a really nice stay. I arrived early and they were kind enough to let me check in early. The room and bathroom was very clean. All Staffs were nice and they we there for every need.

The cubicle screen in the bathtub was only half. So when you shower, the water may splash to the bathroom floor.

Staff was co operative, location was very good and the cleannesses of the property was also nice plus you get a good parking space in basement which is quite helpful.

As soon as we check in to our room the bedsheets were filled with blood, but the staff was ok with us to change infact upgrade the room when we insist. other then that there is a indian club in the lobby of the hotel which i persoanlly don't like because it was loud at night and have seen 2,3 fights going on there.

Room, staff and cleanliness was good but breakfast was excellent and for the location its little far from Metro station.

Room washroom was very small, no slipper for washroom usage for that i had to ask for the HK staff, the room which i stayed the water heather was default and AC control panel was making noisy every time felt like someone knocked on the door and TV is not clear its blur can't see anything.

Great hotel and the front desk staff is very nice. Room is also clean. Staff give us a free upgrade to deluxe room. Nice stay😊

Very nice and clean room with everything needed. It's completely soundproof. One can sleep in peace without any interruption of any kind.

Staff was not friendly and competent. It took them about 15 minutes to figure out our booking and complete the process.

Good staff and location and the room beds Ambiance is good. Parking is also nice compared to other hotels

The wardrob in the room is very small size its not acceptable for a hotel like this ,and the Toilet bathtub water was not going down and maintenance poor

Front desk staff was very well supportive, bar / restaurant was good and rooms are off average size.

Tour desk was onsite at the hotel, but service was not as excepted due to delay in taxi arriving at hotel.

Thanks to Rohit for his good treatment upon check in and the other guy I think he was the manager he was very kind too and we really appreciate him. Without forgetting Jamal and Khadga from concierge and the lady I think her name is Chiki. Thank you for making our stay wonderful for the second time as we stayed before. The room was clean and very nice with a great view. We will definitely visit again.
