I like this hôtel.service is very good.housekeeping Department is very good. They change every day my linen towels and everything..housekeeping manager,supervisor dilshan every day Check this all the things.and dilusha,jane,Jacqueline,Hashan,muwada very good room attendants.reception and Security also very helpful.

This is a nice hotel the staff are very helpful especially Muneer who is the night & early morning porter he was so nice took charge of our luggage both when we arrived & left did my checkout whilst I had breakfast & always with a smile. Breakfast was good & nice dining room. We had a meal at night & that was very good, overall we enjoyed our stay. There is a very good travel desk inside this hotel & the young man there is very good he organised everything for us , did our trip back to airport , took us to our trip. all we did was sit down & tell him what we wanted.

We were a little further away from the city than we thought & traffic is heavy so took rather longer to get there than we thought.

Hues Boutique Hotel has excellent staff who are always pleasant to deal with, even in difficult situations. They attend to clients’ needs, and even when they must decline a request, they do so with a respectful smile that makes guests appreciate and respect the outcome. The restaurant also provides very good service, with attentive staff and delicious food prepared by Chef Martha. Housekeeper Jenefer is always respectful and welcoming, with a warm smile on her face. Hues Boutique Hotel definitely needs more attention from the maintenance side. The electronic lighting system requires reprogramming or fixing, and the carpets in the rooms need deep steam cleaning. The water pressure in the showers also needs serious attention, as it is very poor in some rooms. Overall, the hotel has excellent staff who are always welcoming and pleasant to deal with. In my case, I stay there frequently and I’m very happy with all the staff. Amier Suliman

Staff service is too nice. The rooms are nice with good technology. The wifi is good enough not fast but it does the job.

Parkings underneath the hotel are too tight if you are not careful enough you will damage your car. The hotel is a bit old needs a renewal to the facility.

Great Breakfast and very friendly staff. The room was a really good size and the rooms and facilities were very clean. The beds were changed daily by just hanging a card at your door when leaving the room. The beds were very comfortable and I would love one of those mattresses at home.

Seems like this is a cultural hotel and on the most part seems to be a African dominated part of town. We tried the Nightclub and Bar and lets just say that there are ladies of the night allowed to operate openly. I have no problem with this but future patrons might not find it suitable. The room we stayed in had a faulty TV and it took two days to get it fixed so we only got to watch TV on the last night.

We highly appreciated the remarkable services of the followings:our friend Mournee, always prompt to serve us, hellen ,her welcomed smile during our breakfast time, lay lay the way she cleaned our room. We could distinguished her touch from others. Finally, Mrs Massoud with the safari desert without forgetting the driver he gave us that special day. These people will make us come back to hue boutique hotel.

We came early but we spent a lot time to have a room. After that they gave us a room we did not appreciate because of his outside view but fortunately through the Manager's intervention we got a good one. We wanted to pay for a few days to just observe how the services will be and decide if we could continue our stay in the hotel or not but we were obliged by the staff to pay the total amount of our time the first day. Honestly, that shocked us.

Great Breakfast and very friendly staff. Rooms were very spacious and beds very comfortable. Bar facilities were also very good with bar snacks available.

Nightclub and Bar featured quite a few African ladies who were quite obviously not staying in the hotel and are obviously allowed to ply their trade in there which was a bit uncomfortable but didn't really faze me and I still enjoyed a drink. I am afraid the Pina Colada was awful and tasted like bad water so I sent it back only to receive one which was not much better and warm. Drink are very expensive so you would expect much better.

Definitely wonderful experience at Hues Boutique Hotel! It’s great to engage with the staff, like Aditi at the reception and Martha in the kitchen, made such a positive impression to guests , Personalized service really enhances a stay, doesn’t it? Plus, it’s always nice to feel appreciated and respected by the housekeeping team coming to do their duties.

The parking should be free as before for hotel guests As for the night club guests they should pay fees during the night clubs working hours.
