I had a guest and the property charged extra amount to accommodate the guest without any information to me, the room was initially booked for two people and I was alone, i told them that room was booked for two people, even though they said that it is policy that guest has not checked in with you therefore, you have to pay extra it is really unusual for five star hotel to keep the charges hidden nothing was mentioned on Hotel website.

The charges for to accommodate extra guests should not taken, especially when the guests are mentioned and room is taken.

Hotel location is great. You room service stuffs are very good specially Mr. Farid. Whenever I request to clean the room he was very happy to serve.

Your breakfast menu need to improve. Almost same items in everyday morning.

The breakfast was fabulous. Wow, really wow. I really enjoyed my stay there, everything was better than my expectation. All the staff were very friendly as usual. Mr. Raiz the staff was very helpfull. Everything was amazing. I love Hyatt regency, Deira on Corniche street.

What we loved: The staff were super friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Valet parking was convenient and well-managed. We appreciated being able to receive parcels delivered directly to our room. The food at the Regency Club was really nice. The gym facilities were fantastic — modern, clean, and well-equipped. Excellent location, close to everything we needed. What could be improved: The elevators were extremely slow. Although there are five lifts, only one or two seemed to be working or accessible, possibly due to high guest usage. The Regency Club on the 1st floor could be expanded to better accommodate the number of guests coming for breakfast. While valet parking was nice, it would be great to have the option to retrieve the car personally, especially for guests going in and out frequently who prefer not to bother the friendly staff each time.

We loved the stay in the hotel - everyone was super friendly and accommodating , Mr Mohab at reception was highly professional, positive and helpful. Actually everyone from hotel staff was amazing. Lovely breakfast in regency club lounge, very good choice of foods by room service and the executive suite was just superbe in every aspect. Many little pleasant and thoughtful details - like fresh flowers every day, fruit baskets , international chargers in the room etc . Also we lost a personal item in the room and hotel staff found it for us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will come again when visiting Dubai. Thank you very much ❤️❤️❤️

All was great

The staff are all accommodating. We came in very early on our first day and we were assisted very well by Abhinav. He allowed us to use the lounge access as we came in very early. We were also assisted by Ruth in the Regency Club. She was also very helpful, and made sure to give us tips on where to go around Dubai. The rest of the staff were all friendly. We also had deliveries in the hotel and they have kept them very secured.Had a very good experience.

Nothing really, except for the location maybe as it's quite far from the city centre. However, there are loads of taxi and you can also book Careem which makes the location still accessible.

Absolutely love my staying there, because they have a great human being person from India called Rajesh, he’s working in the security department, he tries his best to helps me to call anyone and everyone in Taxi Dubai, as I forget my things in a Taxi while dropping me from the airport, unfortunately Taxi Dubai were unwilling to help, but my friend Rajesh called everyone for two hours to help me get my belongs back, hopefully to book in this hotel again because of this guy, also would like staffs in breakfast, as all of them willing to help, thanks to everyone especially my friend Rajesh 💙 as well as Slma in reception

Hyatt Regency Dubai ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS IN DUBAI This is my second time at Hyatt Regency Dubai. What a wonderful hotel! On arrival, the Receptionist Mr. Russel as usual warmly welcomed me and my wife with broad smile. I think he gave us best respect as his mother and father. I never experienced in may hotels a best receptionist like Mr. Russel. The hotel must be proud of this staff with best complements. He offered us a very special and very clean well-arranged room 910. He made our start excellent. Again the room is very specious and very comfortable King bed and well maintained clean by Mr. Noor the attendant in 9th floor. Very polite and supportive staff. The dinner Buffet: No comments!! Excellent set up with all varieties to suit any categories i.e. Veg and non veg. every type of food is very delicious thanks to the chefs. Many complements to Chef Ramzin, he made for us very tasty shrimps. I loved the sea foods, amazing!! Miss Hafsa and Miss Asraa served us very politely and great respect (very good ladies for sure), without forgetting the supervisor. Breakfast Buffet: One cannot imagine how organized the staff are. The supervisor (I think Miss. Chaima) made sure guests get numbered tables accordingly with no delays. Very impressed. Whatever food for breakfast was available at best quality including fresh squeezed juices and Karak teas. The Restaurant attendants: Aspara, Jamaki, and Shajad are very efficient serving guests with no delays. Very very smart staff. I really appreciate their hospitality. The stay was gorgeous and vey enjoyable without even a minor trouble. Mr. Russel again closing the checkout smilingly, wishes a better welcome on next visit. Without forgetting the staff outside the hotel attending luggage, they deserve good complements very efficiently served us while checking in and checking out. At Hyatt Regency Dubai one will never regret. Thanks to all the management who maintained this great standard. I’ll always come back here.
