I had a guest and the property charged extra amount to accommodate the guest without any information to me, the room was initially booked for two people and I was alone, i told them that room was booked for two people, even though they said that it is policy that guest has not checked in with you therefore, you have to pay extra it is really unusual for five star hotel to keep the charges hidden nothing was mentioned on Hotel website.

The charges for to accommodate extra guests should not taken, especially when the guests are mentioned and room is taken.

The shuttel for the ATM was a good idea, the staff was always present for my request. I would like to congratulate Miss KHAOULA at the Spa reception for her professionalism and advices , she made my Spa experience very smooth.

The restaurant chef of the morning service breakfast (Lebanese woman i think) was not professionnal at all , She made a comment to me about the spa flip-flops I wore to have breakfast, I found this inappropriate, I am a customer and I have the right to wear whatever I want, she has no right to make comments to me about that. Apart from that, you could see that she was someone disrespectful because she treated the servers badly and spoke to them badly in front of everyone. Better change her

I wanted to cancel my reasevation at last minute after reading some unfavourable reviews. I am so glad I did not. The hotel is actually very nice and I was blown away by the facilities and services. I spent a lot of time in the (free) spa, gym and also enjoyed the massive pool scene. The wifi is perfect even if I had to reconnect a few times due to VPN constraints. The staff made my stay very pleasant - Deborah at the reception who was just so informative, Florence and Heba in the lounge are so dedicated and service-minded and chef Shankar made delicious egg dishes. This hotel will be top of mind on my next visits to Deira area of Dubai.

Hotel location is great. You room service stuffs are very good specially Mr. Farid. Whenever I request to clean the room he was very happy to serve.

Your breakfast menu need to improve. Almost same items in everyday morning.

The breakfast was fabulous. Wow, really wow. I really enjoyed my stay there, everything was better than my expectation. All the staff were very friendly as usual. Mr. Raiz the staff was very helpfull. Everything was amazing. I love Hyatt regency, Deira on Corniche street.

What we loved: The staff were super friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Valet parking was convenient and well-managed. We appreciated being able to receive parcels delivered directly to our room. The food at the Regency Club was really nice. The gym facilities were fantastic — modern, clean, and well-equipped. Excellent location, close to everything we needed. What could be improved: The elevators were extremely slow. Although there are five lifts, only one or two seemed to be working or accessible, possibly due to high guest usage. The Regency Club on the 1st floor could be expanded to better accommodate the number of guests coming for breakfast. While valet parking was nice, it would be great to have the option to retrieve the car personally, especially for guests going in and out frequently who prefer not to bother the friendly staff each time.

We loved the stay in the hotel - everyone was super friendly and accommodating , Mr Mohab at reception was highly professional, positive and helpful. Actually everyone from hotel staff was amazing. Lovely breakfast in regency club lounge, very good choice of foods by room service and the executive suite was just superbe in every aspect. Many little pleasant and thoughtful details - like fresh flowers every day, fruit baskets , international chargers in the room etc . Also we lost a personal item in the room and hotel staff found it for us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will come again when visiting Dubai. Thank you very much ❤️❤️❤️

All was great

The staff are all accommodating. We came in very early on our first day and we were assisted very well by Abhinav. He allowed us to use the lounge access as we came in very early. We were also assisted by Ruth in the Regency Club. She was also very helpful, and made sure to give us tips on where to go around Dubai. The rest of the staff were all friendly. We also had deliveries in the hotel and they have kept them very secured.Had a very good experience.

Nothing really, except for the location maybe as it's quite far from the city centre. However, there are loads of taxi and you can also book Careem which makes the location still accessible.
