One housekeeping boy intruded into my room at midnight to check if i needed water. This was a gross violation. I could've called the police. Unbelievable incident. Otherwise all good. .

Rooms are clean and spacious... Location is good.

The African ladies on the reception they don't have any manners and respect this will spoil the reputation of the hotel. Car parking takes a lot of time to bring back your car

Unfortunately the attitude of the staff all throughout my stay was average. It felt like they didn’t want to be there and made the experience unwelcoming.

Before booking, I was a bit hesitant due to the mixed reviews I read online. However, my recent stay was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless. Judith at the front desk was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. The hotel itself exceeded expectations. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of delicious options, and the dinners were equally impressive. The location was incredibly convenient, with the metro station located right downstairs, making it easy to explore the city. Since we planned to be out all day exploring, the hotel's location and comfortable accommodations were perfect for our needs. We simply needed a clean and relaxing place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. I'm happy to report that my experience was far better than anticipated. I would highly recommend it to others!"

We really love the hotel and mostly its location. Very convenient, the metro, buses, and taxes are at your doorstep. This is the best hotel to stay when you want to explore Dubai. The food is good and reasonable. The kitchen staff was very helpful. Melisa is a wonderful and very helpful person and very respectful. Magmud at reception is also very helpful and professional. The cleaners do a wonderful job. Thanks for the man at the door who helped us with all our trips. The room is spacious with good aircon. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to explore Dubai.

There was only one dissert with all the meals for dinner.

he site says payment upon check-in. But the hotel cancels the reservation if you do not have the full amount on your card for all days of your stay. Once we had our reservation cancelled completely. For the second time, they were given 24 hours before arrival to pay the entire amount in full. We managed to stop by in the last hour before check-in, so we managed to save the reservation. The hotel did not respond to my questions and requests not to cancel the reservation but to write off the money for one day. It was very unpleasant. If we hadn't had time to check in before 14.00, we would have been left without a room. Therefore, I ask everyone who books this hotel to take this into account. The hotel does not answer such questions with anything.

With work when needed, this location is not a bad hotel. The subway immediately, the grocery store as well. There is an ironing board and an iron. This is already very good. Quite calm.

But you don't need to expect anything fancy. Quite a small room. The water was always either too salty or too hot. Only suitable for short stays.

All staff was friendly except the reception who were a bit caucky and didn't come back to us for two issues. The restaurant responsible was a great help all the time we asked. Thank you for that(young black woman - forgot the name).

We had free cancelation until one day before and the hotel charged us two rooms one month before arriving. We have also contacted booking which contacted the hotel but nothing happened. When arriving at the hotel from 3 rooms booked one was canceled and I didn't get any answeres from the reception or got the messages when we were already at the hotel. I don't know who is answering the messaged inside the booking app but they are not doing a good job! We had half board for a week and the food didn't change at all until we politely asked the restaurant responsible. The couch is not comfortable at all. They need to change that! We had to close it and ask for another small bed (see photos).

the buffet breakfast was amazing and had so many food and drink options. the room service meals were delicious, with many options to choose from. the staff was very kind and helpful. the room was very clean, spacious and well-decorated. the location was very safe. the hotel is also located literally right above the metro station, as well as a pharmacy and a convenience store, all of which were amazing and super convenient.

the hotel was quite far from the main points of interest in dubai -- however, they provided a daily free shuttle to kite beach and burj khalifa/dubai mall, which was very helpful. also, as mentioned, the hotel is right above the metro station, which also really helps.
