I liked location and staff were amazing and helpful..

Bed was hard to sleep..

Loved the location... Busy, but not disturbing... On the border of new Dubai gold souk, but walking distance to old Dubai (10mins)... Walking distance to metro station (5 mins). Classy yet small and cozy!! :) there's a small water dispenser in the room so water is available all the time.... At the reception area water is also available (cucumber, mint, or lemon, different kinds everyday) which was truly refreshing after coming from the outside heat/humidity!! The roof pool is amazing, with an indoor bar, and sitting area (all on the roof). Being by the pool provided cool breeze despite the heat... I went different times during the day, they were all amazing. They unfortunately do not have a bellboy, but the staff were super helpful, and friendly.... Especially Mousumu, Sadha, Masitha, Grace,... Just to name a few!! My trip was about relaxing more than anything... So it was perfect!!

Nothing really, perhaps a few points for consideration!: I looove tea!!! Anytime of day... Despite having a kettle, and other amenities in the room, milk was not provided,.. (something to perhaps consider! ;) ). Maybe consider having a bellboy? Breakfast buffet absolutely delicious, but other fruit options would be awesome! Nothing else honestly...

First of all I love the view of both pool and the room. Second they have given us a room with the bath tub. And lastly the staff’s are exceptional, Charlene of Front Desk made an effort to decorate and surprise my daughters upcoming birthday 🎉 the cake that they gave was sooo good they have given her a box of chocolate and some key chain that was all unexpected 😄 then there’s Dan from F&B who was very kind, polite and very attentive who made our breakfast experience extra ordinary. And lastly there’s a guy on the pool area which I forgot his name he’s very jolly and knows how to speak to the kids, he was very attentive and very prompt and very helpful.

I can’t think of anything I don’t like about this hotel

Clean and comfortable rooms, Staff was wonderful, helpful and polite, could not do enough for us. Hence, we have booked already to come back in May 2025! The hotel has everything you need, restaurant, 24hr cafe, room service. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at.

We experienced loud cracks from the windows which woke me a few times but thats the heat from outside, we had aircon constantly, did not bother us. a few hooks in the bathroom to hang swimsuits, just little things, nothing that disturbed our trip.

I really liked the hotel staff's good behaviour and will to address any issues. Reception supervisors all were at their best. I highly appreciate security guard Mr. Raja Rizwan for his friendly and good behaviour and telling us about the norms and rules of hotel. It was a great trip and I am willing to come and stay with my wife for 15 days soon. I hope, hotel owner will grant special bonuses to all the shift staff because they are the reason behind for me to choose Ibis Styles Deira Hotel forever whenever I will be visiting Dubai in future. Price of stay was decent and friendly one. Highly appreciated, hats off to all hotel staff!!!

Helpful and friendly stuff was the nicest part of my stay, I really felt taken care of! The room was a good size, everything was kept sparkling clean. If you’re a tourist who doesn’t need to stay in the city center, that’s more than a great option, it takes 5 minutes walk to get to the metro station.

Unfortunately not even one night was possible to sleep through, the nearest mosque was so loud every day that I got woken up even with earplugs. The bed it more on the hard side, but it was okay :)

The location was not very far from the airport and the view was really comforting. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was very delicious. Apart from Dubai Miracle Garden, the other attractions were not too far away.

I was allowed to order food but could only eat it in my room. Would have been really nice if I could have been able to sit in the outdoor seating and eat my food. I completely understand I cant bring outside food into the hotel restaurant but the outdoor seating could have been used.

I stayed for a couple of nights at IBIS Styles hotel, Deira. Construction quality of the hotel is of rather high standards. Rooms are spacious, clean, and fully equipped and the bed mattress very comfortable. Decoration is really impressive. The location of the hotel is really good, rather close to metro and the area is brand new with good restaurants and cafes, mini markets, etc in short distance. Overall is a very good choice for staying in a lively neighbourhood.

a) The hotel only provides 2 small bottles of water each day in the room (size of 1 glass of water each one). They don't tell you that if you ask for a refill you will be charged and no pricelist is in the room for the extras. b) Cleanliness could be improved, especially deep cleaning of carpets that are stained. c) Customer service could be more timely, synchronised and attentive. Staff does not seem very organised. This hotel could achieve a 9+ review rating if the above aspects were corrected and the management paid attention to customer service and tried to achieve excellence. It is a pity that such a hotel fall in below 8.5 review score! It deserves more with proper management.

I had the pleasure of staying at the ibis Styles Dubai Deira from February 22 to 27, 2024. My stay was in a single room with twin beds, which was small but offered an extraordinary view. The hotel was impressively clean, with regular room service that ensured a comfortable stay. The breakfast was a standout feature, offering a choice of international cuisine. The service was exceptional, especially from Mousumi and Miss Anne, who always served with a smile. The hotel also offers room dining service, which adds to the convenience. One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop pool and bar. It was an amazing place to relax, with stunning night views of the creek and the planes landing at DXB airport. The hotel's location in the Gold Souk is a bonus for those interested in shopping. While the amenities were somewhat limited in my opinion, the overall experience was fantastic. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, great location, and good value for money.

There's nothing in this hotel that I didn't like.

Warm reception nice. The rest was perfect and tasting good. I really like the chicken sausages. In short nice breakfast. The hotel staff everyone is soo nice. And helpful, calling taxi, putting things on the scale. Polite and respectful. I will surely come again with my big family. My name on the screenon the day of arrival was soo nice in my hotel room. Wow. Only if the rooms can be a bit bigger will be nice. Maybe there are.

At the breakfast table only the salade, cucumber, tomatoes, japelonos etc should be covered. So that no flies can come near it.
