The new bed was comfy and better than other ones I stayed in. The location was the best to access places easily

There was no restaurant and when I checked in the bed was dirty but I changed it. The fridge was loud so I unplugged it to go to sleep

I liked that the hotel was very close to the market place and train station. But I was staying there for 6 hours and all I needed was to take a shower and sleep. The room I had was excellent and the staff there were very friendly.

I didn’t like the restaurant. It was small, messy and they didn’t have much options with their meals. But luckily, there are plenty of options nearby so I didn’t have to worry.

Value for money is ok, taking into consideration how expensive the hotels in Dubai are. The hotel location is good, I used the metro in my transportation, and also the cleanliness was acceptable. The staff were friendly.

The hotel basically was missing 2 things : they didn't have a desk in the room in case I needed to use my laptop, and they don't have credit card service in the reception, they only use cash.

The rooms were clean and tidy. Good location

They overcharge you while you’re there and hold onto your passport so you have to pay.
