Convenient location. The restaurant. Comfortable room but see below, there seriously needs to be more attention to detail.
I asked the front desk 3 times for another towel (we were only given 1 for 2 of us for 2 nights). Nothing happened until I asked the cleaner the next day. I also had to get him to repair the toilet seat, because the top fell right off with the 1st use & the bottom seat was dangerously loose. As well as that, he showed why there was no water in the hand basin for the 1st day - you had to turn the water on at the wall tap behind & below the basin because the taps leaked badly. I ask you - how hard is it to keep all these things in good condition???

SINCNE IT IS HEART OF DUBAI, THE HOTEL WAS WORTHY OF MONEY AS WE KNOW THE RENT IN DUBAI IS VERY HIGH. THIS HOTEL CAN BE GIVEN 3 STAR. LIFT WAS AVAILABLE. STAFF SUPPORT IN PHONE ANY TIME AVAILALE.
SINCE IT IS DUBAI, THE PARKING WAS A BIG ISSUE, THE HOTEL WAS LOCATED INSIDE THE DUBAI GOLD SOUQ, THE PARKING WAS A CHALLENGING THING. ALSO THE ROOM WAS FIT ENOUGH FOR 2 MEMBERS ONLY.

Location is great especially for shoppers. Staff very friendly and helpful- Abraar at the restaurant was exceptional and very helpful.
Everything was just great. Breakfast ought to have a bit more variety.
