I like cause it's very close place to go everywhere. and also I like the worker they're good person

I didn't like the last day for me to go it was about 12 a noon the reception call me my time to live the hotel at 1pm me i thought i will at 6pm cause my flight was at 2am he said to me if i don't live at 2pm i have an extra of 250 Dihrams to pay it's not fair he could let me stay until 6 pm cause on Wednesday when i come it's was running i arrive at the hotel at 7pm instead 1pm so i live the hotel at 1pm and go and sit at the airport until 2 am to depart to Seychelles..thanks

The location was superb. Nearer to all shops and Gold Shouk. All the staffs were the best so far compared to the hotels I've been. The cleaners, the security and even the kitchen staffs especially Haniff the Manager. He is very caring, loving, jovial, ever smiling, welcoming, and generous. He will do anything in his power to make you comfortable. He is an asset to the hotel. I don't know if the Management gives award of excellence to its staffs, if it does, Haniff deserves more than 1 award. One can never be sad with Haniff around. He makes you feel you are in your home with your family and welcoming.The other reception staffs are also very nice and lovely and I have no complaint raised against anyone. The security staffs were very helpful. They help with your luggage and keep all goods delivered to the hotel on your behalf safe and intact when you are still outside shopping. I really enjoyed my stay in Waves and I will definitely book this hotel again in my next trip.

The bathroom floor should be more firm as it is very slippery with the tiles on the floor and one should be careful when using it so as to avoid a dangerous fall which could be fatal especially if one is an elderly. The breakfast should always be warm not cold as most customers don't go for breakfast early.

Convenient location in town near Metro station. Good meals at the restaurant

Bathroom arrangement should be improved to make the bathing area more comfortable and larger

Atmosphere, service

As per bookings terms we had an option to pay the rent at the property but they charged one night rent from my credit card before we reached there. It was embarrassing. I like Booking. Com so there is no chance to fraud as international tourist.

The people they work as they are very very good I love the bathrooms bathroom everything is nice and clean. I love the service.

Very excellent customer service and clean hotel. They have room service every day the heating hot water. Everything is good in Essendon condition. I was very happy with the service.

The service was excellent, and the air conditioning was very cold. The hotel’s location is unique and beautiful. The security guard was attentive and made sure to provide the best service possible.

Spotlessly clean windows! Unfussy friendly hotel at a superb location close to metro and bus station literally on the doorstep. Lively area of old Dubai steps from the loveliest section of the creek. Overall very clean and has all basic amenities. Look for kettle in the cupboard🙂

Bathroom somewhat tired but no issues.

The good care of your staff towards us specially my daughter. All your staff are very helpful. The location of the hotel is exceptional. All facilities are available.

Nothing to say negative.

This is my 3rd or 4th stay. Location location location in the heart of deira. Very good restaurant for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is bleh…don’t pay for it included better to find eateries in Deira. Very goo ld luggage services for business people who are the normal profile of Deira lodgers and room options include triple lodgers.
