Price is very reasonable for what you get. Honesty and safety was true. Relatively Small room, but i do not need the room untill sleep only since all day i am not at the hotel. Clean room and front desk facilities + room services and call center. Staff was so helpful and friendly.

Location is not good, specially the elevator and front desk are not from the street, it is from an alley in the back. People around the facility are not familiar and did not feel safe - However i didn't find anything that caused me any trouble. Bathroom is so tight, they should have thought about removing the bath tab and adding a standing shower might save some space for normal movement.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful property and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, always with a smile. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which offered delicious food in a cozy, stylish setting. The hotel’s location was also perfect – close to all the key attractions but still offering a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back on my next trip! Highly recommend!

I truly can't think of a single thing I didn't enjoy about my stay. Everything was absolutely perfect. The service was impeccable, and every little detail was thoughtfully attended to. It was a flawless experience from start to finish, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

From the reviews I anticipated the problem so I called the receptionist to give me a clear instruction on how to reach the hotel. Room was clean, and luckily we got attached balcony, hotel is nearby to wholesale and retailers of daily needs. Hotel offers one of the best affordable breakfast buffet, kudos to the team headed by chef Rafi. Definitely worth the money!

Went there for a purpose, so everything was positive and got a productive stay.

Before arriving in Dubai, I was in contact with the hotel receptionist and all of my questions were answered in a nice manner. I arrived at the hotel late, and that was my fault and the receptionist was very courteous. Actually all of the staff were very nice and friendly.

What i did not like is the placement of the hotel entrance. Once you went to the place, the actual entrance was at the back of the hotel.

Surprisingly good for the cheapest place we could find on booking.com with only a couple days notice. We’re fine with foreign unmarried couple. Air con was mint.

A bit on the dated side of things with the furniture. Nice having a balcony but wouldn’t use it for anything other than having a smoke. Weird printed rule saying you have to return to the hotel by midnight, although this doesn’t seem to be enforced. The entrance is through a back alley. Not grand but didn’t feel unsafe either.

Staffs are so helpful and easy to communicate with, 10/10 for their staffs. It is a budget hotel and the facilities are fine at this rate. However, the price advantage is not enough when other hotels are in discount in summer.

Location is good, about 7-10 minutes walk to the metro station and also a 5 minutes walk if you want to take an Abra(local boat) and explore the old town. Staff was friendly all the time, the air conditioning is working fine and the room was clean.

Only downside was the noise, the hotel is situated in a noisy area so I recommend some earplugs during your sleep.

Clean room and bathroom. Room is comfortable. Value for money. It is little hard to find the entrance to this hotel at first visit but it is not a big issue since it is not too far from the nearest metro station. It is located in center to all shops and restaurants. So good location if you do some business or shopping in this area.

Amazing stay at karnak hotel Baniyas metro 5 min walk,bus station 2 min easy to transport. room was very clean and comfortable.this hotel situated centre of the market easy to buy all things gold souq only 3 min walk I prefer this hotel.
