Very accommodating and clean , bed and room is very good exceed my expectation

I didn't get the room according to my booking . Door lock was also not working.

Though the faculty is old it's not kept well, no towels were provided, the AC was very noisy through out the night.

Washrooms were terrible, clogged. Shower was horrible

There is lots of prostitute inside this hotel this is not good for family

as soon as we entered the room there were rats smelly room

Despite prior confirmation of specific accommodations for our guest, the hotel failed to meet these arrangements. The guest who is my colleague's friend faced horrible experience which was highly inconvenient and caused significant discomfort. This experience does not align with the level of service even if its a 1 star hotel. They are charging my account to the room that was not being occupied because they DID NOT accommodate my guest which is not acceptable. I do not understand why they did not give the room that I have booked for them. Given the extent of these issues, I believe it is unreasonable for me to be charged any amount. In fact, the disruptions caused by these lapses were not only inconvenient but also time-consuming and stressful, leading me to believe that I should be compensated rather than charged for this hassle.

Nothing it was horrible.

Everything!! It was filthy, smelled. The lightning was dim to distract you from all the bad. The staff was rude. The place was a complete dump. Black mold on the ceiling and stains on the bed sheets.

Bad bad I do not recommend Rude attitude and they are not friendly with clients

Nothing They charged me and I have not even checked in And I can’t cancel
