The hotel was clean and spacious. The staff were amazing and always gave assistance whenever we asked. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the hotel . They arranged a taxi pick up really early in the morning (around 5am) for us and even gave us a wake up call as a reminder to get up.

The property was a little far (30 or so minutes) from the typical attraction sights like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall and even further (almost an hour away) from the Miracle Gardens and Global Village. We are used to travelling distances so we were ok with it but for some it can be quite the journey especially if your only in dubai for a few days.

The staff was quite helping, the rooms were clean, the facilities were ok for a single person to stay. And it is located at the heart of gold souk, so its a happening market place for visitors to explore, and for the rest of the Dubai travels the metro station walk was 15 min away.

The metro station being far on foot, if it would have been near that would have been great. apart from this everything else was okay. Also the hotel is not very spacious for family stay. Also the traffic is very bad in the area.

It was a very good hotel, room was clean,you even get a balcony and staff were amazing, always ready to help. It's right in front of gold souk.

If you want to take taxi, that's the problem because the hotel are found in a very busy street, there is always traffic and sometimes taxi don't want to go there because of the traffic but that's not the hotel fault. Metro station is 10-15 min walk

Everything fine location is center of gold market receptionist are kind & cooperative break fast is good even veg option are avl which we choosen Mr Raj & others are cooprative & very kind will give 10/10 to them keep it up will definitely stay very soon in 24 gold keep it up Thanks for hospitality.

Cleanliness is up to the standard. The staff had good customer service which made our stay very memorable. Thanks to Anuraj, Hemant and Fathima for your continued support throughout our stay

The water in the bathroom was not hot enough but other than that everything was perfect

The staff are super helpful and very friendly. Accommodating people. I complain about toilet blockages and immediately sorted out!. The property is in middle of city. You can find anything near by. I highly recommended this hotel to my friends and family.

A bit pricey for tourist compared to other hotel near by. I will come back again with the same hotel.

Very good location inside gold market and just 10 minutes from metro green line. Always available staff and good internet connection. Good also the restaurant and the size of the room.

The staff were amazing,could you believe ,one of the Gold i bought in the market dropped unknowingly ,they send me picture of my Earing which i was looking for ,that they found it in the room i slept.I was so surprised .God bless them all. With this i rate them 100% because of faithfulness of the staff and well manner .

I booked for a twin bed as I was travelling with my sister in law. Instead we were given double bed to shared. They said they will change the room in the morning but that never happened until are last night. I told them it was too late as I was checking out at 5:30am.
