I stayed for a total of 6 nights and had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff is incredibly professional, welcoming, and kind. I would like to give special thanks to Radha, Abubakar, and Archer for assisting me with the extension of my stay and offering general support. I couldn't remember all the names but everyone at the hotel is exceptionally professional and friendly, and they truly deserve praise. Room was very nice and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Location is good, it's walking distance to the green metro line and bus station and of course to the souk. You will find a nice restaurant in the hotel with affordable prices - I recommend to try Indian food there.

The hotel is located next to a mosque, so you can hear the prayers from your room (mine was facing mosque and souk), including the early morning calls. If you’re a light sleeper, you might also be disturbed by traffic noise from the street, as the area is quite busy till late night.

Everything was clean, and I especially liked the location of the property. It was convenient to have everything close by

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location was ideal, the entrance posed significant challenges as it isn't clearly visible from the sidewalk and requires walking around the building. This made arrival difficult, especially with taxis having limited stopping time. Housekeeping also needs improvement since my bed sheets were not changed, only the bed was made. Additionally, the lack of luggage assistance in the hot Dubai weather was frustrating, and food delivery to my room was not allowed due to restaurant policies. Overall, the location is excellent, but the entrance logistics and service require substantial improvement.

I like it that's it looks and feel new, clean, quiet and great location. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. I will definitely come to stay here again.

My shower doesn't have a strong pressure. The engineer came to my room to try and fix it but he only managed to increase the pressure just a bit more, that's all. And the temperature of the water was not consistent, sometimes it turned super hot on its own and sometimes it turned cold on its own, but I did not even touch or control the tap. That was quite a weird experience. This was in room 310 btw.

Nice place to stay in and the staff was very friendly. The location convenient as it is about 5 minutes walk to the metro station

They charged me higher amounts from what I booked on Booking website. I paid around 400 Dirham extra and the front desk did not explain the extra charges although on the booking website showed the amount in dollars and in local currency

We really like the ambience of the hotel. All staff were polite and very accommodating. It's a two-star hotel, so you need to manage your expectations as the additional amenities are not free. Breakfast buffet has limited selection of foods, but everything tastes delicious. Restaurant staff were nice and friendly. Lunch was great! Bed is very comfortable and has English TV channels, clean room, and the hotel smells fresh. The hotel cleaner was very nice and courteous. We had a problem locating the area as the hotel changed its name to Ibis Styles, but it was okay as the receptionist explained the changes. The hotel is far from the Metro Station, but if you're looking for gold, perfumes, and spices, this hotel is good for you.

The front desk Archer and Azim, house keeping Bibek and Darshan and the restaurant staff (i dont know their names) all of them were amazing. They looked after me truly. Even other members of the staff received me well and intrigued to know if i needed something.

The variety or the lack of it. One may say there are many items, but honestly, you cant even call it a breakfast spread. However, the hardworking and amazing restaurant ppl do provide you with your requirements if its not in the buffet. 1 guy even made me an omelette (not part of the buffet) when he saw my dish was empty, that personal care . thanks for that.

Everything! Staff were professional, polite and very helpful. Such kind and hospitable people! Archer and Saif always with a a genuinely warm and pleasant smile, checking if everything is alright and ready to help. The elderly male cashier at the restaurant was also very friendly. The edifice and the ambience was beautiful, even the guests were pleasant and polite people. It is definitely a home from home. I was sad and emotional when I was leaving. I hugged Saif and Archer so hard.........

Just think the restaurant operators could be a little less capitalist.

The location. I didn’t have to spend money on taxi to go to the shops. Everything was close by just walking distance.

The breakfast was bland and repetitive. Not variety of options available I paid 25 dirhams per day included in my hotel stay but I wish I didn’t because I ended buying separately few morning from their normal menu. .

The staff, Azim, Abubakar, and Abdulah were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is located in a convenient place, close to all major shopping and Gold Souk. It is good for both leisure and business trips. Close to train stations, easy Uber or taxi pickups. Hop on/off buses pass by there if you want a city tour. Table 3 restaurant in the hotel, KP cafe and many other places to eat nearby. Kids play area is also across the street if traveling with children.

The location of this hotel is really good as it is near to Gold Souq metro station green line. 2ndly this hotel included with a beautiful restaurant called Table 3 Indian restaurant. I have stayed there from 14th to 20th October. All the time I got best facility from the smiley faced staffs.I recommend this hotel for your Dubai stay with family or solo.

Only one thing: if there is any guidance for the AC controller 🎮 will be very helpful for normal people..
