The location was excellent. Accessible to the Al Ras train station, which made it such a helpful location. We stayed in the studio apartment as a family, and we were able to make a few meals. There is a small supermarket around the corner with everything we needed to cook with. That shop had a great cardamom tea on offer! LOLs. The front desk staff, manager and the cleaning staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. They helped us to book a few tourist excursions at a great rate. We met a lot of guests from several nationalities, most were very friendly too. I would definitely love to stay there again because of the value, location, ambience and how good the staff were.

A few small roaches in the room. shocking, but we were provided bug spray, which helped. Thankfully, there were no bed bugs!

The lovation of the hotel only 3 mins walk to Al Ras metro station very convenient. You can walk to spice Souk and Gold Souk, less than 20 mins metro ride to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa.The most important thing the service from this hotel is amazing. They go extramiles to accommodate my need. And let us do late checkout. Will definitely

Shaheen provided us great service. He is very flexible and kind hearted person. Rest of the staff also supported us whenever needed. All the Staff are very nice. They go above and beyond to help me with my Mekkah booking paperwork problems and to stored a box for me It seems they did some paint job since the last time I was there in 2024. As always, I will pray for them in Makkah. The location is very close to public transportatio and shopping.

Not bad value of money

Hafez Hotel Apartments – Near Al Ras Metro Station Stayed for one night. The hotel is decent for the price and offers good value for money. The reception was polite but Housekeeping staff, especially Shaheen, was helpful and did a good job. Overall, a simple and budget-friendly

I would like to bring to your attention that the clock in the room is not functioning, making its presence unnecessary. Otherwise, everything else is perfect and offers good value for money.

I have no negative feedback to provide; I highly recommend this experience.

The hotel allow us to check out late and it is near to metro station. You can also cook as they have a small kitchen and a sink where you can wash your dishes. You just need to inform them.

They don't have complimentary water, tea or coffee😅😅😅 Maybe I was used to the other hotels I booked before😊😊😊

While the washroom is a bit unclean and a dustbin would be helpful in the bedroom area, I must say the value for money is quite good as we enjoyed our stay and received prompt service for our requests.

First i like the location coz its very easy to access all the location from there. And the room is also good enough to stay with family. I highly recommend to people if you are going with family then you can stay there without any problem.
