1- cosy and unique traditional design from old uae and gcc culture, has boutique old house , you go directly from the ground floor to your room, no need to wait for elevator, and the rooms overlooking small yard with fountain and some plants. 2- clean rooms , Ahmad the hotel manager has direct attention to the details and trying to improve the facilities as its new hotel, he helped me and treated me well. Also Adam the receptionist he welcomed me and very polite man. 3- location nearby several museums about uae culture and history , also metro station and a mall (city center shindigha). 4- the Arabian fish restaurant has great fresh food, and amazing service from staff.

1- sound proofing is very weak you can hear Resturant workers walking above the and other maintenance workers, couldn’t sleep well, but Mr Ahmad the manager offered me complimentary breakfast instead. 2- the value should be reconcidered.

This is such a beautiful boutique hotel with comfortable, well air-conditioned and clean rooms. The staff are all super helpful and friendly and the breakfast is amazing! It is right by the metro station which is super easy to use to get to all of the main attractions of Dubai, or catch a taxi right by the metro. The area around the hotel is peaceful and pleasant to walk around. The Arabian Fish House at the hotel is also excellent and you can dine on the patio up above the hotel, or right on the river. The staff there are also so kind! We hope to stay again if ever back in Dubai, it felt like home away from home. Thank you for a lovely stay!

There are pedestrian streets around the hotel, so it is difficult for taxis to find. We recommend telling your taxi to take you to Al Ghubaiba Metro Station on Al Falah St. From there you can walk a short distance past the metro entrances to the hotel. I recommend the hotel put an "Office" or "Lobby" sign on the door as new guests don't know which door to enter. We preferred using the taxis on the street over the hotel-arranged transportation as it was more affordable and punctual. These are more helpful tips than dislikes, we loved our stay!

The hotel's location is truly excellent directly at the Dubai Creek promenade and in close proximity of a metro station. The rooms are spacious. All staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast terrace was very nice. The hotel restaurant directly at the water side was good and reasonably priced.

There was no proper desk in our room. The choices for breakfast were limited (sausage and western cheese were on the menue but unavailable. The room price was rather high.

This is a fantastic place. It is in the historic center of Dubai. From here, many interesting places are within walking distance. The staff is super friendly, the room was great, the interior as well as the exterior design was made with great taste. It is super quiet, there is a lot of space, the restaurant just outside (but belonging to the accommodation) was the best place for eating out at the whole trip. The manager at the front desk was the most friendly and supportive person you can imagine.

If you come with your own car, access is the first problem you will face. You can rely on Google maps, but it's a bit tricky to get to it. Additionally, the hotel has no parking places on their own premises and public parking outside is restricted. Fortunately, staff helped me and we could find an informal solution.

In the hyper-modern cities of the Gulf states it is difficult to find a place for a traveler seeking the bygone nostalgia of the mysterious east. At the 10-room Arabian Boutique Hotel the burbling water in the palm-shaded, traditionally-styled courtyard, the roof terrace with its iconic wind catcher where you can dine and watch people on the harbor promenade, and the airy, high-ceilinged rooms that surround the courtyard (plus the bridal suite off the terrace) give you just that. The hotel is in the oldest quarter of the city in an area recently restored into an labyrinth of traditional craft museums. The Arabian Fish Restaurant attached to the hotel and opening onto the harbor promenade, provides breakfast on the roof terrace and great meals at port-side tables. (Have the fish soup!). The proprietor and staff went out of their way to arrange a rental car and all other necessities. The metro is a 2 minute walk away across a park. It is a perfect respite from the glitz and chaos of the urban metropolis.

Beautifully remodeled old architecture. Very comfortable and clean. Easy to get around town on the metro. Located in a quiet neighborhood that’s fun to walk around. Loved taking the water taxi across the creek. The restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent. Try the fish soup.

Our suite was located above the kitchen. It had an outside balcony but it wasn’t very private. I loved the suite but I think if we ever have the opportunity to come back, I would opt for a different room.

The location is the old city is great. The problem is that taxis cannot find the hotel very easily. The restaurant is excellent. The hotel is very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The metro station is about 50 yards away which is also a plus because the city is so vast, you have to take the metro. the breakfast was really good.

The lack of windows in the room that we stayed in was not great. We were fine because we spent so little time in the room but it was not ideal to have no windows.

I wanted to relax from a stressful working week in Dubai and was impressed by the stunning beauty of the hotel/room and the very attentive and friendly staff from the first moment. Authenticity expressed in all aspects consistently - from the decoration of the rooms to the high quality and unique food experience. The first Arabian Boutique hotel in Dubai is a premium experience in exactly the right location. The Metro station is 2 min away which makes it easy to access the airport or the city center even at peak traffic times.

Absolutely nothing to complain about, the service was impeccable - compliments to the amazing team!

Very Good location as long as shopping is not your main objective during the stay since the major/famous places are far away from it, albeit very accessible since the metro station is less than 50m away from the property and taxis are available at the same distance throughout the day. Also the ferry terminal is almost 200m away so very convenient if you just want to cross over to Naif. Rooms, staff and breakfast was great.

Incredibly beautiful hotel for very little money for Dubai. Beautiful room, excellent bed, huge TV, robes, slippers, shaving kit, safe, very good toiletries. The staff is very polite. Good soundproofing. Huge terrace in front of the room, swimming pool below. Everything is white, in Arabic stone style. We really liked it! Excellent location next to the metro.

Upon arrival they offered coffee, but it never arrived 😁
