Great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, spacious room.

The only negative is that the address is not clear. Booking.com listed the main nearby big road, and even the website of the hotel doesn't give the exact location. After leaving the metrostation (which according to the booking.com address, was only a 6 minutes walk to the hotel), it took us an hour to get to the hotel, including asking 4 different shops and hotels where it was. The driver to pick us up for the desert safari couldn't find the hotel either, as apparently there are 4 hotels with this name.

As usual, the staff did a great job welcoming and catering for us! They were all fully attentive at any requests we made and reacted promptly. We LOVE staying at Gateway as they offer the best deals in so many ways; rooms are extremely spacious, amazing & helpful staff, cleanliness amd so on. As always our good friends John, Muhammed & the other guy (forgotten the name but porter) were all great with their benevolent manners. They are real assets for the hotel. We will also thank Rajan (Room service) & the team at reception for their excellent professionalism, especially the lady who welcomed us on the first day when we checked in. She showed us 2 rooms & allowed us to choose the one with the dining table... She has remarkable ethics & standards which showed how professional she was/is at her job... Keep it up Madam!

Gateway review March 2-12 We now consider ourselves to be regulars at this hotel. Having stayed in many of the high end hotels like Versace, Atlantis the Palm, Waldorf and Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, this is our favourite for many reasons. Friendly staff, ultra clean, good food, central area for transport and shopping. Great rooftop pool. Abu from Delhi on Security, Umam from Peshawar and John from Kenya and the others at the front entrance are all so helpful and friendly. Great for a chat and so kind. Reception staff are also excellent , Prakash and others order our food deliveries from the local restaurants.👍🏽. Dippin the manager is such a kind professional guy from Kerala who runs a great team, he kindly ensures I get a fabulous room to accommodate my mobility issue, many many thanks kind sir. In the pool it is Rishi who takes great care of us, a lovely young guy from Sri Lanka. The restaurant staff are exemplary and genuine. Kyoto is so sweet and very knowledgeable for one so young. Ahmed and Khalid from Egypt are so kind and good mannered. They all make breakfast a delight. Minuka is a little treasure and all the staff are but I don’t know all the names yet. As I’ve previously said don’t be looking for balconies or views as there are none. It ticks all the boxes and makes a very pleasant stay. See you all next month Inshallah.

Some guests can be noisy late at night but that’s nothing against the hotel.

The cleanliness of the facilities , the staff response at any time, and their respecting of the geast and quiet of the area at midnight

The location of the hotel and the breakfast need improvement and add arabic choices since mostly Asian dishes and the shower water in summer are very hot I hope the hotel administration take the comment friendly to improve their services

Once again my stay at the hotel was a pleasant one with good service, friendly and helpful staff, and what strikes me again and again is the hygiene and cleanliness of all accessible areas. although the entire staff served me according to my wishes, I would like to mention a few people in particular: especially Lifeguard's Mr. JOEL and on his day off Mr. NILANKA !!! "I had a wonderful stay at The Gate way Hotel. From check-in to check-out, the service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. My room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly furnished, with a comfortable bed . The amenities were top-notch — the rooftop pool was a relaxing spot in the evenings, Break fast had a wide variety of fresh options, both continental and local. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently situated close to major attractions and public transport. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers looking for a premium experience."

The service was very nice and the staffs were kind, helping and supportive. We really appreciate the hospitality and kind gesture of the guest relation executive Ms. Jyoti. We really liked the cleanliness maintained by the hotel and appreciate the hard work and care from the cleanliness manager Mr. Srinivas. The hotel has a good ambience and a lovely atmosphere. In future we are looking forward to come again and stay over again in the hotel. We thank you for the lovely experience for these 4 days.

Very beautiful, spacious and clean room. We stayed in the family room. All the staff were happy, friendly and very much helpful they allowed us an early check in for which we very much appreciated.

We loved everything and everyone.

We have been to this hotel so many times that the staff treat us like their own family. From the wonderful welcome to our sad farewell, every staff member is fantastic. We enjoy the breakfasts that are mainly South Indian but also various egg dishes can be ordered fresh. The location is like Little India but that is a country I love so this suits us. Pool is very clean and towels provided. It could benefit from some new furniture and some higher sunbeams as they are quite low near the ground. Housekeeping is of exceptionally high standard and so discreet.

As previously said the pool furniture would benefit to be replaced.

Gateway beats the high end hotels hands down. A more personal service from all staff than a large hotel. Such a central accessible area full of great eateries serving fresh food as is the hotel dining room. All staff are so friendly and professional and valued by the guests.

So sad to see some of the staff have gone on to work in other hotels but wish them good fortune.
