Best in Bur Dubai. 👌 > The staff was polite and welcoming, all of them, from reception to porters to sweepers. One thing worth mentioning is that they did not ask for any tip or monetary help. Which is commendable. > Safe environment was there.

> The room had small cockroaches despite doing spray cleaning by the staff. > The air-conditioner was an old model, something with no display. > The room had less lightning that expected. > The hotel does not have any Food Lounge for any breakfast or lunch buffet. You have to order in the room or go nearby eateries outside.

Both of reception guys is very humble and kind person they always support to their guest and always active on their duty as well

Some times ac not working properly but the technicians are always there I recommend to change ac or fix it it's my view only but over all it's a very comfortable and one more thing there is some bad bugs are There on beds some times I request u to please fix this issue also or contact to paste control team thank you

The lady at the reception Indian lady working 8 to 8 was very helpful plus the other staff also. The concierge service and the housekeeping staff forget the name of the boys was excellent and helpful. I have been working as a maintenance manager in a five star hotel before but the staff met my expectation.Well done staff keep it up really really appreciate all of you and services.

There are a lot of issues in rooms in the terms of room division there is so much work to be done in the section. I know hotels have just been bought but lots of maintenance work programming of room list etc.I hope one day I can join your team to share my experience and give the best for your clients regarding rooms and other maintenance issues. In room e.g socket in bathroom near handbasin not acceptable electrical wire wt insulation tape with extractor fan plz safety. Every room should be checked by the maintenance team before the client check in.Minibar door closing causes malfunction no air circulation once the door keeps open the minibar working good

The location and close proximity to the Metro and Bus Station was really helpful. The Hotel Staff were polite and helpful as well. The numerous food joints just adjacent to the hotel offer a wide variety of food options even at the wee hours of the morning. The WiFi was also quite stable and of strong bandwidth.

Room was small with some amenities like remote was missing. The room was a bit dark. The room was cleaned daily, but the bedsheets were not changed even once in the week that I had occupied the room. The lower floors were a but noisy at night due to the night clubs in the ground floor.

It was good nothing is serious.

Regarding Rent price whenever we are booking by booking .com there was different & when we reach at hotel paying the phisically that time rent price is different that's way i felt booking .com is waste .

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Hyde Park! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Their warm hospitality truly made the visit memorable. Highly recommend.

Internet was interrupting all the time. The room is a bit dark to my taste.

The property is near the bus and metro station and very easy to find. There are a lot of good places to eat as well as the souvenir and candy shops. But I want to talk endlessly about the staff of the hotel, the people over there are just exceptional! I’ve stayed in many hotels but this was the best hotel ever because of the staff! They are very helpful and kind and are ready to help you in every second. I had one problem and they did their best to solve it. If I come back to Dubai one day, I’ll definitely choose this hotel. As for the rooms they are clean and comfortable with good wifi connection.

The location is ideal for shoppers as it's very close to lots of shops. The staffs very friendly and welcoming, always helping and have a smile on their face. Room was ok.

No parking space. After shopping no place to park to unload or when car arrive to wait for us.
