I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Ascot Hotel in Dubai, and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience! Despite some initial issues with room smell and cleanliness, the hotel's prompt response and resolution of these problems impressed me greatly. The hospitality at Royal Ascot is top-notch, and I extend special thanks to Mr. Imran, Ms. Sunanda, Mr. Sahil, Room service staff Pradeep and housekeeping team, for their exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with courtesy and helpfulness at every level. The rooms at Royal Ascot are spacious and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hotel's location in Bur Dubai is also excellent, providing easy access to various attractions. What truly sets Royal Ascot apart is the team's commitment to service with a smile. Every interaction I had with the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

Deep cleaning of room A/C filter is must which is giving mellow smell, carpets need deep steam cleaning.

The room that I booked was unexpectedly very huge. The hotel staff were very helpful. Sunanda was helpful to allow for slightly later check-out. Santosh and Adnan were very helpful in terms of luggage handling or giving suggestions on getting around to the nearby area. Location is quite near to public transportation. 10 mins walk to the metro station. 10 mins walk to the bus terminal. The travel agent at the hotel front desk had some good deals for city tours, etc. Should check it out.

The majority of visitors are from India region. Therefore, the breakfast buffet was majority with Indian theme food. As a non-Indian visitor, the first few days of Indian buffet was acceptable. I stayed for 7 days. After some time, would prefer if they have different selection of food

It was an amazing experiance. The location of the hotel is on the main road itself. Near by metro station is just 7-8 mins walk away. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. We booked the 2 Bed Seuite as we were 2 couple and it turned out to be a better option. Staff was welcoming and very sweet. There are few clubs in the hotel which are much visit. We booked our rooms with breakfast and it was delicious. Over all a wonderfull place to stay and explore the Bur Dubai Area.

We booked the 2 bed room suiet and the rooms were smelling a little as may be they looked like they were not occupied by anyone since long. Rest everything was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Ascot Hotel, thanks to generosity and kindness of the staffs specially to Mr. Sahil at the Reception. He did an excellent job making our stay comfortable and granting our request with no hesitation. Of all the hotels we stayed in Dubai this one was really exceptional when it comes to cleanliness, very convenient location and hospitality of the Staffs. Thank you once again Mr. Sahil for going beyond extra mile of providing a high quality service to ensure that we had a memorable time at the property. Next time we will surely stay longer.

Staff Savita was excellent and looked after us really well. I believe she is an asset to your hotel. We enjoyed our stay here.

Once we had our own food and needed to warm it up. Our box was nice and fully packed. When we went to the canteen Floor M, the lady there refused to warm it for us. She also stated that they are not allowed to. The warm food we could have consumed nicely, but we ended up having it cold. It was slightly disappointing for me and my kids.

The rooms are very big and comfortable. The location of hotel is very good. The team at every level is very courteous and helpful. They all give service with smile.

Hello. My wife and I arrived at the hotel on February 4, 2024. I presented myself to hotel information. I told him that I had booked a super deluxe room. The information officer told me that we did not have a room. They sent us to a second hotel, about 2 km away from them, in the hotel car, and we were tired. The second day, i.e., day 5/ 2/2024 at 11 am, a car arrived and took us to the Royal Hotel. We took a room and settled down, and on the fourth day while we were in the room, the curtains in the room were unusual and wanted to fall. I told the information services and a person came from the hotel and said I will treat it tomorrow. Secondly, he waited until 10 am and he did not come. I told the services and they did not do anything, and then the curtains with the wooden frame fell to the ground. If we had Sitting on chairs, we would have been among the dead or wounded. The hotel manager came and apologized and provided justifications. My wife and I left the hotel to go shopping, and after that we returned and they fixed the curtains.... The manager said, “We will change the room for you.” They brought a plate of fruits and wanted to please us... As for the morning breakfast, it was as if those staying at the hotel in one of the cities of India had never seen the morning breakfast in my life, nor did I break my fast with it.... Loud music sounds at night until 3 am. This is not right... I wanted to respond to your consideration, and this is considered a complaint from me, and I am someone who always books through your site. Thank you...

It's a up market hotel with a budget friendly price tag for Dubai standards. Polite and friendly staff. Nice pool on the rooftop. Lobby and room is very elegant and matches the photos. Breakfast is amazing with plenty to choose from. The Location is in the Indian district of Dubai so plenty of delicious restaurants and great prices to eat out at. Safe and family friendly. I would stay here again 100%.

My only issue was that you could hear the nightclub from our room (room 153). So some rooms on the first floor you may hear the nightclub music. Therefore if you're a light sleeper you may want to request for a room on a higher floor. But it didn't bother me a great deal.

The breakfast spread was really nice with good number of vegetarian options. The menu was different everyday. The service provided by the staff was very prompt. The staff members are kind. Good location with access to metro, supermarkets and restaurants.

The water in the bath shower could have been warmer. Also, the check in time is only 2pm, which i feel is quite late. We arrived in Dubai at 10 am, and had to wait until 12 noon to get our room.
