Reception staff all are good nd helpfull nice behavior..hotel location also good with near city ND metro station ND bus station..

I dnt like housekeeping staff there ..I call for clean my room..he come after 1hrs nd Infront of me he change only bed shit ..he dnt want change dovet cover..wen I request change all he told me tomorrow you arrive ..so no need change ..what kind of staff like this ..I stay room 401..ND day time I go out i request just put 2 towel ND just clean washroom becus floor full of water ..I put make my room card in my door also but wen I cmbck housekeeping staff turn my card put do not disturb card without clean washroom ND without put towel..if possible put bathroom in room ..they not provide..just add bathroom service... other things is perfect

Now, this is an intersting budget option in Dubai. Its very difficult do find good budget options in dubai in 2025. This is a gem. The rooms are big. Perfect if you share the room with someone. Good fridge in the room. Good internet. Many supermarkets close by. Good room service. Good staff. Nightclubs that are selling beer inside the hotel. Staff is helpful if you need to change room. Good shower and bathroom.

There is some noise from the trafic outside and the nightclub that is downstairs in the bulidning. But you can change room if you need. 15-20 minutes walk to metro.

Good Property. Cant match the price. Located in the heart of Bur Dubai.. All Shops accessible, Staffs are good. Hotel is Clean and well maintained. I would recommend it.. Overall a Good Hotel. I stayed 28 days here. Felt like my home. Everything at your door stop and just one call your needs get full filled without wait time.

Great experience during my stay, my special gratitude to the staff member in the Night Mr. Arjun from Front Desk and Night Manager Mr. Roshan Ali. They were super friendly and attentive. Always there to assist with the requirements within the property and they’re well experienced with the City knowledge around the Hotel as well to get information about the transportation, shopping and other facilities as well. I stayed almost 2 weeks with my fiance and never had a bad experience in this Hotel since the staff members were always there to assist and helpful. Without doubt I will repeat my stay in this property and highly recommended and value for the Hotel rate to stay. Overall my experience was exceptional.

The location is convenient for the Shopping Malls, Local Markets and restaurants.

Special Thanks to Front Desk Staffs, Arjun and Chandra were always there to assist with all the inquiries and assistance. They were always handling things smoothly and in a professional manner. Furthermore, the Housekeeping, Room Service and Bell staffs were super kind and helpful always. A Big thank you and always repeating my stay for the reason that they made my stay always special.

I love everything about that hotel. And I would like to thank Mr. Arjan, the receptionist for his perfect service as usual, honestly he is one of the reasons why I will visit the hotel again and again because he is super professional and kind and he is always smiling and doing his best to ensure that everything is going well and the customers are satisfied. I always staying this hotel ..before experience to now this hotel more increase facility ..this time I feel more comfortable with good service ..room cleaning also very good nd looking nice nd comfortable ..price also good ..

One thing I dnt like.. morning I check in nd evning I go out nd put make up sign.. nobody was check room even I put make up ..I put make up because I need refrence my room with some water towels etc..

I have one bad incident from the hotel One of my guest came they are not allowed to get in first. I already mention in booking 2 persons. But finally they are agreed. Thanks. Pls rethink about guest permission in room. That is one dis advantage comparing other hotels. We are coming for business purpose then definitly we will have guests.

The staff was excellent especially Mr. Shakeel, Mr. Zakir, Mr. Hussain, Mr. Mohammad Ali, Mr. Nayeb, Ms. Sneha (Reception), Ms. Shirley (Reception), Mr. Sandeep (Reception). Mr. Shakeel and Mr. Zakir were the best out of the whole staff. The housekeeping department was very efficient, punctual, honest, respectful and dutiful. Room service of food was also very good and the food used to come in proper time after I used to order the food.

1) The noise from the Mezanine Floor after 10:00PM daily. 2) There is no coffee shop in the hotel lobby. 3) There is no dinning hall in the hotel.
