Hotel was very clean. Our bedroom was large with a comfy bed and sheets changed daily. Lovely big stand alone bath tub Staff were very helpful and friendly Free water was available which was appreciated

Breakfast time was so busy and we had to sit a few times in the other restaurant and walk back and forward . I was there for 6 days and every day I had to ask for a tea bag as none were available The food on the whole was geared towards the Indian residents so much so I felt I was in India not Dubai Also the hotel was too far from the centre of Dubai and meant we had to spend a lot of money on taxis

Wonderful stay – our second time here and still impressed! We spent two weeks at this hotel and once again, we were absolutely delighted. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and we want to give special thanks to Yahya, Nitish, Mingma, and Mona – they truly stood out with their warmth, professionalism, and willingness to assist at all times. A big thank you also goes to the rest of the team who made our stay so enjoyable, as well as the lifeguards at the rooftop pool – always smiling, attentive, and professional. The rooftop pool is definitely a highlight – beautiful ambiance and stunning city views! That said, we feel the terrace area could benefit from some upgrades to make the experience even more pleasant. The food at the hotel is fantastic – honestly, some of the best we’ve ever had. It’s fresh, diverse, and full of flavor! However, we noticed that many dishes are quite spicy, so a wider selection for those who don’t eat spicy food would be a great improvement. Cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent, and the housekeeping team is incredibly friendly and cheerful – always with a smile, which really adds to the overall atmosphere. The location of the hotel is also great – very well connected. Most major attractions like Burj Khalifa, the Museum of the Future, and Kite Beach are just 15–20 minutes away by taxi, and there’s also a metro station nearby, which makes getting around the city super convenient. All in all, a beautiful experience. This was our second stay here and we’d be more than happy to return again. Thank you to the entire team!

We generally liked the hotel — the design is quite original and unique, which gave it a lot of character. The location is also very convenient, not too far from Dubai Creek. One of the highlights was the valet parking service — the staff there were fantastic and very professional. The rooftop pool area was also a great feature, offering a lovely view of the city. However, what truly stood out was the service. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive. After we experienced some noise issues from a neighboring room, the team handled the situation quickly and efficiently.

Now, for a few downsides: the hotel feels a bit outdated in some areas, and certain parts could benefit from renovation. As for the food — while it was varied and flavorful, it was quite spicy. This made it challenging for families with young children, as the options were a bit limited due to the spicy ingredients. This would be the only reason for a slight minus in our overall impression.

Reception Staff were very slow in attending the customers and most of them were not happy about it.

the sauna and steam rooms were broken so unavailable to use. breakfast was very limited and with only one chef to cook eggs youd have finished your meal before they would arrive breakfast lunch and dinner were very limited if you didnt get there at opening dishes were depleated and not topped up high chairs were in need of being replaced, very dirty

The staff at the property was extremely kind and accommodating. Specifically Adel he was so polite, humble, gentle, respectful and helped with everything I needed during my stay. Adel his customer service was exceptional. There was also great management at this hotel Mariami is a hotel manager who was also really kind, approachable, respectful and helpful throughout our stay she gave us access to a beautiful spa and ensured we were always happy. Mariami has a good management skills and working relationship with me and my 24 friends that were in the hotel who came to celebrate our friend 60th birthday. Originally I was not going to stay but Adel really made me and my large group of 24 to stay in this hotel, because of these two members of staff I would definitely want to return to this hotel and would be recommending this hotel to my friends and family. Mariami and Adel should both be treasured in this company as they made my stay special, overall the hotel has great staff members.

I didn’t like The Location where the Hotel is situated

Location was great, only 15min drive from the airport. Rooms are nice and spacious with modern deco. Great rooftop pool. Great selection of restaurants onsite. Large complimentary carpark if you stay there, plus valet parking available. Many shops and Restaurants close by. Dubai creek only 5-7min drive, Dubai frame 10min drive. Dubai Mall 15min drive.

Cleanliness could be a bit better of the bathroom sink, and room maintenance to be a bit better.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Initially, on our first day (Feb. 5, 2025) I was disappointed on the room that they assigned to us because we check in late and we were tired so I did not complaint. However the next day I shared my experience to their Guest Relation Officer (Ms Lady Lou) and she took me to their Front office Manager (Ms. Yashashree) and all my concerns were appreciated and was resolve by upgrading us from superior king room to a 1 bed room, with a complimentary fruit bowl and a late check out (1400 hrs). Thank you to the management for responding immediately to all my concerns.
