Tasty breakfast, comfortable rooms with all appliances. Good location with convenient transfers to Dubai Mall, airport and beach. Fast Wi-Fi connection. An amazing gym with lots of machines and a large lobby with a work area.

There is road construction going on outside, which is a bit dusty and sandy, but we didn't hear much noise. Additional service in the hotel is a bit expensive. The swimming pool closed too early. Also La Mer Beach has become a bit dirty due to its shape (a closed area), even though there is a great promenade. For swimming, it's best to choose another location.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The studio room was a perfect solution for our small family — spacious and very clean, though the kitchen just has some basic equipment. The hotel provided free of charge a high-quality cot for our baby, which was much appreciated. Fresh bottled water was supplied daily. The breakfast met our expectations, offering a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, both sweet and savory options, and an egg station with made-to-order choices. It was a nice way to start the day. The location is convenient only if one has a rented car. A major plus was the free underground parking with elevator access directly to the room floors, which made coming and going super convenient. The infinity pool has a very nice view. In the evening it is possible to use the rooftop bar for dinner/cocktails. Overall, a solid choice for families looking for a clean ans comfortable stay with good amenities.

The infinity pool is not heated, and it can feel quite cold on windy days. Additionally, the number of sunbeds is insufficient for the number of guests. The room service food is of poor quality and quite expensive, whereas the burgers at the rooftop restaurant were much better.

I enjoyed my stay. Location is near to food places and a convenient store. The staff where really nice and helpful. Room was cleaned each day. Had all the appliances you would need. Restaurant food was nice. Breakfast buffet was useful. Mr chef always made great eggs for us in the mornings and Naveed was super kind and engaging with the guests. The pool area was relaxing, great sunlight. life guard was also very kind and helpful helping me out with using the metro service. I became comfortable and enjoyed talking to the staff. There is also a shuttle service to the Dubai mall and airport which is great! Overall my family enjoyed their stay and didn't want to leave...I would defo be back. Thank you 😊

Only the roof top bar is a bit pricy. A little adjusting would accommodate the guests to use more often.

I liked the room service staff although it was late night I had called for water & they delivered it

Was at breakfast time there where no staff to attend the visitors like taking any special requests of eggs required & even when the food was getting over there was no one to get it refilled people where waiting for the bread & milk to get refilled

Highly Recommended this Hotel , 5* rating , Front desk - ( Ms. Mary ) exceeded our expectation , she is very accommodating, friendly and excellent customer service , Housekeeping staff also is friendly and very helpful for our needs . Definitely will come back , it was a great experience. Breakfast is good as well. Hotel is clean and spacious . They have complete amenities.

Nothing, except for the bed sheets and duvets , ( smells not good ) they should use a nice fabric conditioner. ) but aside from that all is very good.

Loved the layout of the room, perfect for a family stay with a kitchen, lounge, amazing bathroom and comfortable beds. The design was chic and luxurious, breakfast delicious with lots of choice at an affordable price. Rooftop pool bar for dinner and drinks at night had delicious food with discount for guests and amazing skyline views. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming-everyone of them had a big smile on their face as they greeted guests.

The staff was friendly and respectful, promptly addressing our concerns. Our room was cleaned daily, and breakfast offered a fresh and healthy selection, including a wide array of Indian food, fruits, and vegetables. Naveed, our daily breakfast server, was incredibly courteous and ensured we were well-served.

The location was busy but distant from Dubai downtown, with ongoing construction in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, their laundry facilities were out of order, resulting in a lengthy wait for engineers to resolve the issue.

People - Shivam was a humble and kind person, who helped us settle so comfortably, shahib - the chef was always trying to help us with the kind of dishes we prefer, service people were very kind too. Location: excellent South Indian restaurant SAranga was few metres away from the hotel. Quality and taste was as good as our home town Comfortable- comfortable rooms - clean and spacious.

Indian varieties could have been more

The room was just what we needed as I was travelling with two kids, we had enough space in the room, and having the possibility to cook and do the laundry was really great. The staff was really kind and helpful anytime we had a question and they made the stay easier and more enjoyable. The breakfast was also nice and the ambience and environment were really great for the children . Will definitely go back for my next stay

The only think that the hotel may need to improve is on breakfast! It was really nice but at some point the hotel was full and it looked like the kitchen didn't plan on having so many people at the same time so you had to wait for several minutes before food was being refilled. A bit more diversity will be perfect!

Everything was exceptional. The rooms and hotel was always very clean. The staff was very friendly and prompt on service when calling reception to ask for extra things. The breakfast was awesome with such a big variety of foods , omelletes , that even seemed like it was also a lunch with salads etc. Navid was always friendly and made our experience like we had him as a personal waiter. He is exceptional in customer service. The complimentary shuttle bus was also a very good service that saved some money from using any taxi's to places at and near the Dubai mall. This is definitely a place I will recommend to anybody and use again.
