There is nothing that I can fault about our stay at the Element hotel. The ambience, excellent customer service, sunroof the apartment and rooms.. cleanliness.. everything was top notch. Staff were all very helpful and always smiling g ready to help at any time with any issues. (Not that we had much) But all queries were I standby answered. Every lobby staff member and diner staff. (Particularly Naveesha and Puja)They were very helpful always asking if everything was okay with the food. Breakfast was such a treat. Many different kinds of varieties.. loved the Indian touch to it We took out three apartments and were upgraded to connecting rooms which was great. The pool was of a good size we spent our mornings there. Kids enjoyed it thoroughly. 5a gym was a bonus for my teenage son. Kept him busy.

I can't fault the hotel at all however the location wasn't all that great. There were a few places to eat within walking distance but to get to attractions or nice food places we had to get a taxi. No buses or metro close by. But we would come back here as our stay was exceptional. :)

An absolutely perfect stay at this hotel. Everything was exception al. Cleanliness, comfort, hospitality, and service. The staff truly took care of us from start to finish. I would like to especially thank Manoj from housekeeping, an outstanding person who was always there for us, always attentive, and always making sure everything was perfect. A true professional, with remarkable kindness and availability. At breakfast, my thanks also go to Harshal, Asma, and Nadeesha, who were wonderful throughout our stay. They took great care of my mother, who is disabled, with so much attention, kindness, and dedication. They always made sure everything was perfect for her and provided us with warm and impeccable service. Honestly, I have absolutely nothing negative to say: everything was perfect. A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would return without hesitation.

first i was amazed at how big the size of the room was-it exceeded my expectation, the ambiance, the comfort, the quietness of the place was imaginable. we even watched the final game of France & Espanol on the big screen haha and not only that the breakfast was a complimentary with the booking the overall breakfast meal plan was amazing satisfying, delicious(will come back for the samosas and parotta/chapati) everything was clean and fresh. Every corner of the hotel was super clean both inside and outside. Very friendly, professional and welcoming staff, the gentleman that checked us in(Myanmar accent with a trainee nametag) was eloquent, elaborated every detail and made sure we understood all that concerns our stay and way around, the gentleman that assisted us with our luggage from the car to the room on the day of our arrival even inquired how was our day-such a lovely and friendly attitude(while maintaining professionalism of course) the cleaners, the chef at the breakfast lobby, the gentleman at the lobby that checked me out super super team and please keep it up (so sorry am not very good with names even when i read name tags haha) myself and family enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again.

The construction on the road outside but that wasn't a hinderance or bother to us in anyway though. to be honest i loved everything

We had a great stay. All the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. A special mention to Chef Alwin and Dau Nan who looked after us very well at breakfast-Thank you! Our apartment was lovely and clean and comfortable and very peaceful at night time. Close to local shops. Great having the free shuttle to go to the Mall and beach (although not the best beach!) The rooftop pool was great for the kids.

Lots of construction going on outside the hotel so not very appealing to the eye but it was not noisy at nigh time. Too far from the metro station Food too expensive on the rooftop terrace

Tasty breakfast, comfortable rooms with all appliances. Good location with convenient transfers to Dubai Mall, airport and beach. Fast Wi-Fi connection. An amazing gym with lots of machines and a large lobby with a work area.

There is road construction going on outside, which is a bit dusty and sandy, but we didn't hear much noise. Additional service in the hotel is a bit expensive. The swimming pool closed too early. Also La Mer Beach has become a bit dirty due to its shape (a closed area), even though there is a great promenade. For swimming, it's best to choose another location.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The studio room was a perfect solution for our small family — spacious and very clean, though the kitchen just has some basic equipment. The hotel provided free of charge a high-quality cot for our baby, which was much appreciated. Fresh bottled water was supplied daily. The breakfast met our expectations, offering a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, both sweet and savory options, and an egg station with made-to-order choices. It was a nice way to start the day. The location is convenient only if one has a rented car. A major plus was the free underground parking with elevator access directly to the room floors, which made coming and going super convenient. The infinity pool has a very nice view. In the evening it is possible to use the rooftop bar for dinner/cocktails. Overall, a solid choice for families looking for a clean ans comfortable stay with good amenities.

The infinity pool is not heated, and it can feel quite cold on windy days. Additionally, the number of sunbeds is insufficient for the number of guests. The room service food is of poor quality and quite expensive, whereas the burgers at the rooftop restaurant were much better.

Property is great. Size of the studio room is pretty decent and spacious. Staffs were polite but we hoped they made rapport during the first encounter. Breakfast has very limited dishes.

When we arrived at the property, it was very hot and we were sweating. It’s already been a while standing in front of the Aloft reception before we were even offered a bottle of water each. During the check-in, it took a longer time than expected, very dull, no meaningful connection, very transactional and dull. No information to us where are the facilities which we can use e.g. pool and timings. When we arrived in the room, one of the beds has visible stain and the fridge has ice cubes from previous stay.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had dietary requirements for breakfast and the staff ensured the requirements were met. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to visit again soon.

The complimentary shuttle service is not wheelchair accessible even though we had asked in advance if it is accessible or not and were told it is. We were not able to use this service and spent a lot of money on taxis.

I enjoyed my stay. Location is near to food places and a convenient store. The staff where really nice and helpful. Room was cleaned each day. Had all the appliances you would need. Restaurant food was nice. Breakfast buffet was useful. Mr chef always made great eggs for us in the mornings and Naveed was super kind and engaging with the guests. The pool area was relaxing, great sunlight. life guard was also very kind and helpful helping me out with using the metro service. I became comfortable and enjoyed talking to the staff. There is also a shuttle service to the Dubai mall and airport which is great! Overall my family enjoyed their stay and didn't want to leave...I would defo be back. Thank you 😊

Only the roof top bar is a bit pricy. A little adjusting would accommodate the guests to use more often.

Highly Recommended this Hotel , 5* rating , Front desk - ( Ms. Mary ) exceeded our expectation , she is very accommodating, friendly and excellent customer service , Housekeeping staff also is friendly and very helpful for our needs . Definitely will come back , it was a great experience. Breakfast is good as well. Hotel is clean and spacious . They have complete amenities.

Nothing, except for the bed sheets and duvets , ( smells not good ) they should use a nice fabric conditioner. ) but aside from that all is very good.
