Everything! The location was 👌 its old dubai, but the metro is 5 min away, and right across the street is a 24/7 super market. The room is beautiful and morden. Loved it!! It's definitely a steal. Value for money!!! Taxis avail outside. Walking distance to most things. Staff was extra friendly, loved, loved it!!

The room had no balcony, and room view was the roof of another building. The food everything is spicy! It would be nice if they had at least 1 dish with no chillies in. Also, clubs/ lounges on the 1st floor could be noisy if your room is closer. We were on the 4th floor and could not hear anything

We had a very nice stay here. The room was clean and the bed and linen were very comfortable. The room was very spacious. There was a daily room clean which was very nice. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor and pool on the top floor which was nice to use to cool down. The wifi, air conditioning and hot water worked well. The train station is about a 10 minute walk away. There are many 24 hour supermarkets close by and affordable dining options on the nearby streets. Al sheef (old Dubai) was also within walking distance. This was a very nice and affordable place to stay outside of the more luxurious areas of Dubai.

This is not just a review. It is about sharing an experience that touched our heart. This is only our second visit. Yet we were treated like family. From the moment we arrived until we left, we were treated like royalty. Special thanks to the staff, Aromal, for giving us an upgraded room without our expectations. Aromal arranged room service whenever we called, without any delay. When we reached the room, we were all overjoyed. The room was so beautiful, spacious, clean and cozy . The main goal for the children was to play in the pool. They enjoyed it as much as they could. This was enough to make us decide that no matter what we come to Dubai for, we will only book a room at the *“Jacob’s Garden Hotel”*. The food at *’Currymaria’* takes us back to the flavors of the motherland. The grounded beef, live Vellappam, kingfish fry, fruits, ice cream etc all brought a feel like a buffet at the wedding. Those who want to return home safely and happily after a weekend of fun with their families can confidently rely on *“Jacob’s Garden Hotel”* without any concerns. It will surely be the beginning of a new relationship!!😊👍

I recently stayed at Jacob’s Garden hotel, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. The hotel itself was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities one could ask for during a stay. The ambiance was relaxing, and everything was in top condition, making it a perfect getaway. However, what really stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the Sudanese staff member. Their warm hospitality and genuine care made a significant difference in my experience. They went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met, and their kindness and professionalism were truly commendable. I am grateful for such an excellent service, and I will definitely recommend it to others. I look forward to returning for another memorable stay!

The hotel location is a perfect location, easy access to all the happening places. The room is big enough for a solo traveller. Room is neatly maintained & the balcony view also good. Also used the swimming pool, the size is comparatively smaller but neatly maintained & always the life guard is around. Among other similar priced hotel i stayed in this area, i feel Jacobs is the perfect choice & do recommend for others.

pick up and dropping people to hotel might be an issue with traffic in the road. at times we may encounter heavy lane of vehicles to pass by when waiting for pickup or drop off.

Really friendly workers, receptionists and security. Everyone is very friendly and always willing to help you with whatever you need. The room is neatly arranged, a huge bed on which three people can comfortably sleep.

Breakfast is similar to Bangladeshi Pakistani and Indian cuisine, a little more specialties from European cuisine should be included. But that's understandable because most of the guests come from that part of the world.

I really liked the hotel’s location – very convenient and accessible. The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Overall, a great experience

The only issue I faced was the loud music from the band, which continued until around 2:00 AM. It made it very difficult for me to sleep. I hope this can be addressed for a more comfortable stay in the future.
