I went to stay in this hotel again. RAINTREE I have a long list to tell about this hotel. Let us talk about the good things first. I liked only one person in this hotel, whose name is ANJALI. That girl is very nice. She is a girl with rules and regulations. She is an understanding girl and I did not see any such staff there. One who understands things. What I didn't like about there was that. I had ordered some things from housekeeping which did not arrive for a long time. Then after that I told ANJALI that ANJALI provided those things within 5 minutes. Because of which I liked only one girl in that hotel, ANJALI. I hope she gets promotions very soon.....

I would like to express my satisfaction with the service provided by Raintree Rolla Hotel during my recent stay from 26th to 27th of March. I made my reservation through booking.com and was impressed with the location of the hotel, which was only a five-minute walk away from Sharaf dg metro station exit 2. Upon my arrival, I was welcomed by the reception staff in a professional and respectful manner. The reception area itself was also impressive. The room I stayed in was very clean, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I must commend the management for providing excellent service, and I would gladly recommend Raintree Rolla Hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay. My baby and I were thrilled with our experience at the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. Room was spacious enough...worth the money...the ambience is good

booked for a different room...room was not properly vacuumed..also the bath tub was not working...we asked for a dental kit,they told they will only give in the morning time......the staff changed the booking without information..

I recently stayed at raintree rolla hotel and had a fantastic experience! The hotel's elegant decor and warm service made me feel right at home. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed.

Everything is good about this property…everything is very nearby…like metro and bus station….hotel staff is very cooperative like in front office shahbaz and specially Hayat now he is like a family to me…and also house keeping guy name Hussein….everything is good..

Property is ideal for Leisure and business stay where i stayed almost 3 weeks . And Mr Tasleem at the front Desk is always there at your assistance providing the outstanding service and giving the guest an experience that a 4 star Rated Hotel should have . I Would highly recommend staying in Raintree

We are very much happy on hotel location, surrounded by local market, restaurant and easy access to metro station to enjoy the country's landmarks. will wish to suggest hotel accommodations to friends and family for the future comfort.

My experience was very good, most importantly Mr. Tasleem from the Reception team has been very supportive, and he has provided a praiseworthy service in addition to his team. Also Girish from bell desk has been more than cooperative and helpful in all ways.
