Staff are so courteous, helpful and attentive. There is a sauna and steam we can use to unwind or relax. Always cleaning the room, refilling toiletries and changing the necessary, basic home equipments are well provided - iron, washing machine etc. Food options during breakfast are good but can still be improved in terms of variety.

Location is quite far for metro especially during summer when walking is quite uneasy. Surely it is fine during winter or when weather is not extremely hot. However, cabs can easily be found in front of the hotel.

I got a room upgrade and was transferred to Savoy Suites due to a booking error/confusion. Staff at Savoy Suites was very professional and helpful. Jessa and Aman at the reception handled their job very well. Overall pleasant stay with family on a long vacation.

Jacuzzi was out of order/under maintenance throughout our stay for 15 days. Very old model LCD TVs in the rooms with cable TV. No HDMI or USB compatibility. Some cheap interiors and furniture not worthy of 4 stars.

I stayed in Savoy Crest hotel with two friends of mine and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Firstly, if you are travelling on a budget this hotel was really cheap. The amenities available are perfect, the terrace pool was our favourite place, amazing pool with beautiful views to the centre of Dubai. It also has a gym and a sauna in the same floor. The room was very good and had everything we needed. The location is also excellent, it was a 15 minute walk to the metro station, if its too hot a taxi will be about 15 dirhams, and from the metro station you can get to the Burj Khalifa in 10 minutes. Also massive thank you to the staff which were impeccable all the time specially to Vikas and Parvez from the reception which made our stay 10x better!

Courteous & pleasant Staff, centred location, clean & comfortable. Kitchen in the room is the highlight , they provide you with almost everything you need to prepare your own tea/coffee or light food. Kitchen had Toaster, Hot kettle, full size fridge, washing machine, Pots & Pans, cutlery, plates, bowls. Gym was big enough with almost everything and kept very clean. Room service food is good quality and very fairly priced.

The best about property is staff working here. Very polite, kind and proffesional people. They will do extra miles to keep you satisfied. Special thanks to Vikas, Rakesh, Radju and Rion. They make my stay here very safe and relaxed. Room was also comfortable, spacious and super clean. If you book studio you have here everything you need even for longer stay.

In July is high humidity , you have to keep room windows closed and AC to work all the time so you do not feel fresh air in room, but I supposed that is issue in all Dubai.

We didn't want to leave this place...our short vacation here was perfect. Special thanks to Mr.Pervez, Vikas, Raju, Rakesh and all the others. The most attentive, friendly and helpful staff we've encountered on our travels! The room was large and perfectly cleaned. Housekeeping at it's best! We particularly enjoyed the washing machine and ironing board and the little kitchen. The beds are comfy and the bathroom is spacious. Breakfast was delicious and rich in variety. The pool and gym area is clean and well maintained. Gorgeous view from the rooftop! Fast and stable Wifi! We were able to store our luggage after checkout, cause we had a late flight.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment hotel. We found every staff member to be very polite, professional and always willing to help. The hotel offers coach service to the beach and the metro station in the morning. Nice rooftop pool and jacuzzi, although we were not able to use these since we were out most of the time. Left a new water bottle in our room every day, which was a nice touch. This is going to be our favourite place to stay if we visit Dubai again in future.

We found the cutlery in the kitchen to be a bit limited, and a couple of extra utensils would have been nice. The breakfast had limited choices.

the friendly and very helpful staff. they went out of their way including loading up our room with balloons for our anniversary and our talented house keeping staff Vineet who found creative ways to have our child’s toys kept so it looked like they were enjoying the room. loved it. that is going above and beyond.

the pool was cold. would be good if it could be heated. The jacuzzi was the only thing that was kind of warm but the kids weren’t allowed to sit in it even though it wasn’t on. one lifeguard was really nice but the other could learn to smile and be understanding if why my baby boy was drawn to the jacuzzi because it was cold in the rest of the pool. we eventually left the pool.

The hotel is wonderful, all the staff members were so friendly and welcoming. The room had everything we need (the kettle, a washing machine, air conditioner, etc.) It was really nice hotel and we felt like home! Breakfasts were very delicious, and there was a great variable of choice. The rooftop pool with jacuzzi is just excellent, and the guards were always on check so that all the guests, especially kids, are safe while swimming. Everyday cleaning and bottles with water were also provided, which is a high plus.

Everything was nice, but the hotel location was a bit uncomfortable, the metro station was quite far away, but still the stay at this hotel left us only good impression.
