It can accommodate family thats most important, washing machine with dryer is very useful save us lots of money from doing outside laundry. Free parking for my rent car..

Probably need to sanitize/insecticide the room before occupying since some of us has rashes and bug bite.. After i bought deodorized spray then was better.

Excellent environment. I like the way staff was dealing with us. They were cleaning dishes every day. All items are available on call and nothing was bad.

Bed or mattress. Matresses were not comfortable. Need to repalce the mattresses. Comfort is most prime object when you come back after a tiring day.

Just love the appartment. All the facilities were available which you may think as a family. Very spacious, friendly staff, good security system and housekeeping were exceptional as well. Anthony was very good during check in and had smooth check out by mariam. I will definitely stay again if i come back to dubai.

The apartment is large with full equipments as well as reasonable price, I came there twice and I really to stay here more when I have a business trip here. Highly recommend to stay, I love it.

Good location with easy access to the metro, plentiful dining options, and shopping. The apartment faces a quiet street in a residential neighborhood and is clean and spacious. The staff were polite, helpful, and courteous. Check in and check out were easy. We had a nice and comfortable stay.

The hallways were dimly lit. The clothes drier rack was flimsy.

Good location, Friendly and helpful Staff, and good room size with a full equipt kitchen. It's a no-hassle hotel with ease of stay. Overall we loved our stay at Al Raya Hotel Apartments. Happy Customer 😊

1). The closest metro station is ADCB but it is not that close to the Hotel. It requires a bit of walking!! 2). Television channels need the latest and multicultural channels. 3). The bed in our room needs to be changed as it makes a lot of noise while sleeping.
