Excellent staff and great customer service.Property is very old and needs solid refurbishment.

Parking bays are totally flawed in design, getting in and out if you bring a SUV can be quite taxing.

Staff at the hotel was really good, they were really hospitable and friendly.

i didn’t get his name the one on duty when we check in his friendly and accommodating when we arrive.

there’s a misinformed with there rules, they need to be clear with their customer because when we came back from global village and about to get our keys the reception in charge said that different nationalities are not allowed to check in and it was 1:30 am when we came back but when we check in earlier the reception didn’t mention anything.i even send message in booking com but unfortunately no one response to me. they give us lower floor and the neighbor are loud someone are shouting.

Location is close to prominent land marks. Quiet Environment.

Very poor wash room .wash room was very dirty and not clean . Really need renovation.

Not clean and no any facility which they mentioned in the details. The room door was no lock, when I asked them they don’t have any answer. No bath towels, no tea or coffee facilities. Totally it was very bad experience.
