I have been a regular there . The best thing is the staff . The cleaning staff were very cordial and understanding The manager and other people at the reception who were very understanding to my requests. The hotel policies overall. .A shout-out to the kitchen too quality service.

The unpleasant smell for the first time in A section. The taciturn female receptionist ( who sadly reminded of the nurses in the gov Hospitals of my city. I heard her mocking a customer right there ) . And yes the wash basin in room 511 A is not good guys . Please fix it up .

The hotel is fully Indian. Breakfast was Indian too, there was a variety of cooked spicy Indian dishes. The breakfast room was dark and murky but served well. Location was ok, between buildings and narrow parking. The rooms were spacious with a sitting room and nice bathroom. Towels could have been cleaner. The staff was very helpful. The reception was really crowded when we came and dark

This hotel is an excellent choice for families for pleasant stay without any regrets.. Thanks to Mr. Cheetan and its team for excellent hospitability and free upgrade.. The checkin process was super quick with smiles all around… The rooms are clean, big with all toiletries, essentials and comfortable mattress. I strongly recommend to included breakfast as no one will get disappointed with available choices. The location and parking is definitely a plus to move around.

Lifts should be little fast, interconnecting rooms should be available to choose from with balcony options

We had a very comfortable stay recently. The room was peaceful despite the hotel being very busy. Tanya at the reception was exceptionally helpful. I highly recommend this property for those looking for a quiet comfortable stay .

The staff and the cleanliness as well as the speed of service was great. I would say the location also was comfortable as it was easily accessible from the major tourist sites. We were 7 people , 2 families with kids. We enjoyed .

It was good stay and really enjoyed . The room space was good enough , clean and tidy . It is equal distance from Dubai airport and Burj Khalifa 8 to 9 km . We liked the food in the hotel and all the facilities . The hotel staff was quite polite and helpful .

The room AC was having some issue and not able to adjust by myself .. however it was sorted out quickly .

Big room with living area. Excellent location. Free parking. Wonderful Air Conditioning. Good cleaning. Two free drinking water bottles every day. Kettle and free tea/coffee facility, Small fridge. Quite environment.

The ironing facility as the supplied ironing board was very light, very old, and iron was having some black substance, which was sticking the clothes.

The staff was very courteous, specially Mr. Sonu and housekeeping staff Mr. Mohammed Arif. And Mr. Deepak The reception people were equally informative and cooperative

Must Have transparent glass windows so that the room doesn't look packed always The breakfast and food was good, but it would be great if we can have a bit if continental touch to it plus addition of live counter items like dosa Or waffles for breakfast

Very good deal for the amount of money i paid.friendly staff;smooth check in check out everything was perfect.

Two small water bottles were not enough for 2 people for 24 hours and the nearest store is little bit far..nothing else to dislike..
