Dolphin hotel and apartment is very good located with all amenities and whole staff is very supportive and humble ,treat every guest as family member. everything is easily approachable

It's OK at the price. The staff are very kind. If u need Masage, they've on the 10th floor. I recommend you please ask for room on the highest floor. If u got floor below 4th floor, you'll be disturbed the outside noise because this place is highly trafficked.

U need to carry dental kit, conditioner and body lotion if ur using coz they're not providing. There are only 3 small bottles provided by the hotel every day. The furniture is too old & need to renovation. All rooms like same & bed is suitable for 3 adults. Bed making too much sound as early I mentioned it's too old.

The room was clean and the location for me was good.

there was no dental kit and slippers. I had to buy dental kit. Breakfast was awful. it smells bad and it was very expensive.

Location for people like to do local shopping, gold, Veg Food is best. Due to location Tax is very difficult to stop and big problem for luggage..

1. Metres were too old, I had back pain.. 2 days they could not replace better one and finally I sleep on floor.. 3rd day they replace & I requested them to change bedding they refused.. as per Policy it must be 6 days... I bag them and make them understand there must be some exception as this bedding used on floor but they refused...
