Staff - extremely friendly and helpful, always prepared to help. Great staff. Location - great location to go around Dubai. Metro is not far from the accommodation (about 10 minutes walk), with that you can go wherever you want at any desirable time. There are two lines and you can travel around with both of them. NOL card (public transport card) can be purchased directly on the subway. Beach is not close to the accommodation, but you can go to the beach by a bus/metro. There are many museums close by to the property, most notably Al Shindagha Museum, Old Dubai and Emirates Museum. Dubai Frame, Museum of the Future and Burj Khalifa can be accessed by a metro. WiFi - it was all the time really good during my stay, there were no issues with it and video calls ran smoothly. Room - it is a very nice room with a spacious bathroom and view on the street. Bed linen, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, soaps and shampoos are provided and you can always request for more any time you need more. The mini fridge in the room has enough space to store inside few things for the next day. You receive also some water on a daily basis. For going to the shoppings, there are few markets nearby, I was going to nearest ones, which have reasonable prices. Souq is not far away, also nice to walk by the creek and especially in the evening to see all the city in the night lights. I suggest going to Marina and walk there in the evening as well. I can with ease say this is by far one of the best accommodations in Dubai considering the price vs quality and proximity of all major things to see.

I would suggest cleaning the windows, especially on the outside.

This is the 2nd time i am staying here in 2 years . I feel very safe, despite being a single lady as all staff is very well mannered and mostly Indian. Opted for this, as it's value for money and Excellent service. Reception staff very hospitable ,courteous, and provide quick check-in service,even though hotel having maximum occupancy Especially like to mention Mr.Vivek and Sandhya ,for their help and support ,very cordial and pleasant manners. They changed my room and gave me a nicer one,to suit my comfort . Mr. Lama and Mr. Sajin also good. Housekeeping staff very prompt and provide good service . Cleanliness is very good. Overall ambience good .

Breakfast is cheaper than other hotels of similar standard. It's good for the price But needs to have a change of menu , better variety and some north Indian, continental menu as well . Most of the guests are Indian and so a good Masala Chai would be nice . Dining options are limited and no roti, Nan, on the menu Bathrooms on 2nd floor are big, but oldish do not have hand shower so that would be a welcome addition.

The hotel is quite old but I it was sparkling clean from the entrance, reception areas up to the hotel room.

The mirror facing the bed. Mirror across the bed is not good. The gym opens at 9 am, too late for early risers yet it closes to early (7 pm). I reckon the hotel management must change the hours regardless of the number of guests who will use it. The staff who cleans my room every other day was fantastic. He provided me enough bottled water.

Very clean, comfortable room and bathroom, even though dated but still quite well maintained. Staff very helpful and attentive. Location very convenient.

First given room was smoking (although not allowed), but quickly replaced by the reception to correct one. Major issue however is the not soundproof room door, and same the corridors. Other guests tend to talk very loudly in the corridor instead of their rooms until late midnight and starting from 7am, also constant beeping alarm can be heard. The corridors have no carpet and room doors are very thin and banging, so bring your earplugs or go out and make new friends with the Hindu :)

The staff were very nice, respectful and always ready to help and give advice. Diane and the Reception staff are always ready to help and give us instructions, even the bell boys. The head waiter in the restaurant was always very attentive and always looking after us during our stay. We enjoyed ourselves very much, that we will book again on our next trip to Dubai. A big thank you for the warm welcome that we received during our stay at the Admiral Plaza Hotel 😊👍

We enjoyed our stay, nothing to complain, we had a big room 028, very clean, and the beds where done every day, and new towels and shampoo and body wash every day, and tea and coffee making facilities. We enjoyed the pool, and Max was very friendly and attentive 👍😊

Friendly staff, excellent food, (loved the breakfast variety every day with eggs made to order and fresh orange juice) central location if wanting to visit souks, Deira, and local shops & restaurants. We were exhibiting at the dubai World Trade Center and was a short cab journey away. Hotel Provided an iron when needed. Booked taxis for us. Overall very accommodating and friendly team there. Mainly people on business trips and family groups from India. Very relaxed friendly atmosphere and I would (and probably will) use the hotel again.

It was a little basic but for the money and as a work base it was excellent. For the pool you use next doors on the roof which again was a bit basic/ no thrills; but did the job!! Can also use the restaurant next door hotel which also had amazing food! I couldn’t fault the food all trip; the quality was better than many big hotels!

We stayed at the Admiral Plaza Hotel in Dubai and were very satisfied! I would also like to mention the friendly and friendly attitude of the staff — they are always ready to help, they answer any questions with a smile. The room was cleaned every day, always clean and tidy — special thanks to the housekeeping team for this. The hotel is conveniently located, close to everything you need. Pleasant atmosphere and comfortable accommodation. Excellent value for money.

The only negative is the audibility of the hotel. And looking a little tired in the bathroom . and so I liked everything.

The staff have been wounderfall very accommodating to my needs they have all been so kind and helpful and attention to detail they got me a taxie every morning and bought things to my table in morning so didn’t have to walk back and forth I would like to give a mention to that hotel reception who have all been wounderfall and jadadish. Who was very king and helpful to me this week with info and directions and thank you you to kitchen staff for getting me ice at night for my heat rash on legs I would not hesitate to stay again it has been wounderfall especially as a woman solo travel I felt very safe Also not bad location to all main attractions about 30/35 mins from down town

The pool vents in the pool area noticed when swimming had lime scale around coukd do with a scrub or clean and I couldn’t….see any pool side change after having shower to change in private but maybe I was supposed to dress in room so not sure on that one would of been nice to have out door pool but due to location and size of hotel I know that wouldn’t of been possible so not the hotel fault was just something had in mind

The location is good. The staff are very friendly and approachable. The spa was a very good experience also.

The breakfast was too much indian food. Tend to mix the branch and the options for guest. And tge bathroom are a little bit small for a big size person
