Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved the experience! We spent 7 nights in the hotel. The staff is very cooperative, especially thanks to reception staff Saddam Hussain and Sally. These guys are the real heroes. They were very kind and ready to help all the time. They managed everything for us. The room was clean and quiet. Staff helped us with taking luggage from the ground to our 4th-floor room, everyday room cleaning, new towels, bedsheets, tea, coffee maker, and ironing everything was superb. The room cleaner boy was a nice person. I was a little late for check out but they did not charge me for that and even they managed a taxi for me at a very reasonable price. I have no words for Saddam Hussain and Sally Ma'am. I'll come back to the hotel again for these two real heroes.

Location was good, just 5 minutes walk from Sharag Dg metro station, my mother got some walking problem issue and they arranged wheel chair for her without paying a single penny. I was so much thankful to them. Best for family stays. Just heart of Meena Bazar area, very close to Dubai Museum. Indian restaurants available out side. Budget Travellers paradise, I must say.

They have to give more advertisements for their hotel. So beautiful facility they give but publicity must be increased.

First of all I was very happy with the room, very good size and very quiet, I certainly will come back and try to get the same room,breakfast I didnt have but taking a look at it it looked quite ample. As I have been staying in this neighbourhood for the last 10 years I was very happy with the location, the Metro station was well within walking distance.My only problem seem to be to choose which restaurant I should go to, there are so many around, I tried a few and was not disappointed.

I checked out one day earlier , ie on 21.2.25, yet the Hotel has demanded and taken rent for 22.2.2025, on which date I have not stayed there. I will be glad if you will kindly attend and refund the excess rent collected

Bit old stylish in heart of dubai, bit costly as per rates applied but comfortable, good location, courteous staff. Surroundings lively and quiet property considering busy location. Walkable to/from Metro.

Good location I booked 4 rooms,2 was very good with big rooms ,balcony , 2 others were small .cleaning services good, water tea available ... Overall its a good stay .

The toilet need renovation

Toilets were well maintained , limited a/c control . All shoppings weee very nearby . Metro was dsaraf was near by . Good . Sanitary staff were good .

Rooms were old , support staff are poor reception except sanitation staff . Little bit expensive for the facility

I like all the staff especially the Front Office staff, very supportive, friendly and accomodating. Room is nice compared to other hotels i stayed., some people are putting bad reviews but my experience was awesome! Thank you Grand Nova hotel for a fantastic stay.
