I read previous reviews about the hotel and was a bit worried. However, I can assure you that as of May 7, the room was immaculate! Everything seemed brand new, as if it was recently remodeled. The air conditioner was strong and the room was quiet. I was also especially impressed by the club downstairs. The drinks were average priced for a club, and it was filled with many beautiful, single women who were very friendly and from various countries. The cafe also had some very tasty food which you can either eat downstairs or order it to your room. Finally, there is a small store next door for any last minute needs. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again myself!

I liked everything!

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They even accommodated my request for a late checkout on the last day, allowing me to proceed to the airport with ease.

I noticed that the towels provided in the room appeared to be quite worn. Additionally, I encountered some issues with the water heater. It required frequent adjustments, and I often had to contact the front desk for assistance as I found it difficult to reach the housekeeping department by phone.

The location is perfect to move around Fahidi. Metro access is very close to the property, which is a plus. The size of the room is good. Its a known hotel in the area, so that's also a plus.

- The property does not always provide fridges in the standard rooms, but this time the staff at reception was helpful (I forgot the name of the reception guy; thanks to him, he arranged a fridge on request). - The property always charges a lot in the name of cleaning services, but in actuality, that is a lot more than the room charge itself; moreover, cleaning needs to be done properly.

everyones coming from diffrent place.and when i was enter that hotel .i ask them i need some extra acces from friends . becouse i have some friends in the bur dubai .they want to meet me.but hotel staff are not alloeed to meet there with friends. and they show the price 59 on that time and when you booking you get 166.dhs.. when you ask them they said sir you are right but we maintened our extra charges. that time that amounts was not there .when you are paid that 59 dhs amount they diduction 166 dhs from your account. thats why i dont wanna go there anymore

Good for sleeping for couple of days and very good for 3 stars hotel also the room was good and renewed but the reception area very old

The lobby area look old and the front desk back area should not be applied for guest it should be a private area for Front desk and for back area wok Anybody can see what they are doing in the back area

The hotel is a very good location, close shopping areas like mall day to day supermarket metro being closer to it, and reception staff helpful, and specially thanks to Mr Javed He provide me refrigerator after request because standard room no have refrigerator.

Room far exceeded my expectations for the price. Daily servicing & cleanliness Virtually next to DG Sharif metro station. Price included good Wi-Fi connection & international tv Could not have asked for better

It was good and friendly reception staff, and very close to metro, little bit crowded at night but still very nice, front office incharge mr Aqib always help with smile and respectfully good customer care. Mr Santiago receptionist also very helpful .

Hotel located at prime location near to Sharaf Dg metro station as well as Pakistan or Indian restaurants are near to this hotel location

Everything was good except club music sound after 12 pm to 4 pm become very loud due to this u can’t sleep properly I think hotel management should work on this
