I stayed at Tulip Hotel and Apartments in Dubai from June 22nd to 26th, and I want to sincerely thank Elissa and Monica for their outstanding room service during my stay. Both were consistently friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. My studio apartment was always spotlessly clean, well-organized, and fully restocked with everything I needed. They were also very polite and respectful, always checking at the right time before coming in to clean. Their positive attitude and dedication made a real difference and added a warm, personal touch to my stay. It’s clear they take great pride in their work, and it truly shows. Elissa and Monica helped make my visit more comfortable and enjoyable—I’m very grateful for their excellent service!

The TV and receiver in my studio apartment were not working. I reported it to the receptionist, who said someone would come to fix it, but no one showed up. I got busy and didn’t follow up, but it would have been nice to relax with some TV channels before bedtime.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and was impressed by the quality of services provided. The cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms were exceptional, thanks to the diligent housekeeping team. I would like to particularly comment IDRIS from the housekeeping staff for his exceptional attention to detail and professionalism. Additionally, the front desk staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my stay and appreciate the team's dedication to providing excellent hospitality services. Once again thank you for IDRIS housekeeping staff.

1. Location - is very good, metro, bank st, restaurants, supermarkets, all nearby 2. The Hotel Staff are courteous, helpful, care taking, well mannered, disciplined & nice persons. I would like to appreciate, applaud & highly recommend the following:- Reception - Shahrukh Khan & Sahil F & B - Mohid Concierge / Bell Boys - Naushad, Imran & Aftab Housekeeping - Jabed, Vinod & Kaleem Security - both guys The Manager Mr Niaz is a great person always welcoming suggestions & open to ideas & warm welcoming personality.

The host or reception staff were not aware of the policy details failed to provide support and caused a double payment despite the booking being paid through Booking.com. They were unable to address or resolve the issue effectively

It is spacious, and whenever I asked something they were doing it. Since my first day here, I noticed a lot of things in my room and I asked Housekeping team to make things done properly, Big thanks to Luban (Housekeeping staff) he is very kind and he is the one always cleaning my room everyday and he makes sure that my room is clean and tidy, everytime I asked and request for something he will not say no, instead he will do it as soon as possible. He also make sure that I have always bottled of water on my table. I really appreciate the service of Luban. Thanks to reception team for assisting me whenever I called for request and also for giving me a complimentary breakfast on the last day, appreciate it. I just want to add also the morning shift concierge staff, he is helful and accommodating, he always greets and smile. There is one more Housekeeping guy who cleaned my room when Luban was off, He is MDMamun and I want to thank him as well for doing the great job.

Nestled within the Andheri Sports Complex, it enjoys a tranquil setting away from the hustle of traffic noise. An added advantage is its proximity to Azad Nagar metro station. Overall, a decent accommodation choice, surpassing others in its category.

While lacking an in-house restaurant, the attentive hotel staff proactively informed us of this during booking. Breakfast, albeit with limited choices, is served in-room. Room and house keeping services can be improved.
