Moon valley is a very good apartment Hotel, and I suggest to the management as follows: 1- There must be a complementary Breakfast by the hotel management, 2- Sofa sets are very old must be replaced with new one because i am visiting since 2019 but furniture particularly Sofas are same old style, 3- I would also suggest that normal or bit cold water must be available in the Washroom for taking bath, 4- Wash Sink must be replac3d with new one, i have just brushed my teeth and water was stored in the sink for 7 minutes due to blockage in sink, 5- Curtains must be new one, since 2019 i observed these are the same one, 6- There is no cost of one welcome water bottle of 1.5 ltr. with small plate of 2 Bananas and 2 fresh apples just to attract your new customer no issue you may include it in the cost at the time of entry but as per my observation it will pay your hotel a lot. it doesn't cost too much but pay you a lot in sense of your earning, 7- Last but not the least, Soap size must be reasonable to take bath it looks like a soap for taking bath by born baby. Finally, overall Moon valley is a best hotel apartment at a very reasonable place and cost, but if above suggestion may please be honored then these will automatically payback you in a no time. Every thing is good there, normally i am staying there thats my fav place to stay but one thing i don’t like there is they don’t provide water atleast 1bottle inside the room, normally other hotels are having water already inside the room. Please atleast keep one bottle of water for welcoming to your guest. Otherwise rest of very good cleanliness staff room all.

Food was OK, Location is very good. It is very near to Metro, so going to anywhere is easy

From the very first day AC was not working good, i have complained, but no actin was taken for 2 days. 3rd day they asked me to change to another room, it it was not helpful. 3rd day they bring Air cooler. Without AC we can't live in this hot time

I it was strike of luck to book this place after few days looking for a place to book, a day before my travel I stumbled into Moon Valley hotel and just because of Burjuman mall and metro station nearby, I didn`t hesitate and thank god I didn`t regret it. the place is accessible by metro and it is at change point for both redline and green line trains that make a better spot to go anywhere by train in Dubai. there is nearby bus station for public transportation lovers! the place is close to Burjuman mall, line of restaurants at Centre-point junction and alot of supper/hyper markets such as West point, Day to Day and Lulu supermarket retailers. on top of that it is in close vicinity to Airport... love that!

the building is a bit old and some mattress we requested for additional beds were old, though the staff were quite welcome to replace and address any complain.

I like that area is very smooth mostly the Hotel staff /Reception FO is very professional While we check in they treat us a like family 👪 ❤️ 💕 ♥️.. We preferred please must visit moon valley Hotel Apartment.

Currently some of floor the fit out work is going on. I suggest to do it needful ASAP..to Avoids any kind of Accident/incident.... Although is perfect 💯

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless and comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Truly enjoyable stay.

The housekeeping guys,when we ask for the kitchen utensils he told us like arrogantly did you check in the cabinet because we put already there.As it as a guest we will nớt request the utensils if we have already.And lack of dental kit.

Spacious apartment. Walking distance to metro / shopping malls and restaurants.

At night, there was too much noice from the next apartment room. It was not sound proof as there was a closed door between the 2 apartments. Bed room tv was not working.

There was no menu in the room but there is a telephone just for emergency purposes. I lam a regular customer and I love to come regularly because I can do cooking.what I love most. It's a nice hotel apartment and it's affordable. Thank u for nice and respectful staff.

No rugs,no dishwashing liquid and sponge in the kitchen.

I like this hotal bcoz location is very good And food also down so I'm happy stay almost every month I will stay here
